"Well, the house is located in old neighborhood, the inside of the house is updated and in line with the pictures shown in the add. However the front and specially the backyard needs a lot of attention. The fire pit was old and not level to the ground, the chairs were popped, the lights were partially down or damaged. Issues that can be addressed easily, but once you go outside, the next door neighbors dogs will start barking so is not very inviting to spend time outside. Once I decided not to use the backyard and decided to enjoy the inside, that is very nice and upgraded.
