There is a guest quarter that is attached to the main house.
The guest quarter doesn't share the main house and has it's own entrace.

Laundry room is in the garage, shared between the guest quarter and the main house.

The neighbors respect each other's property, they only park in front of their own house, you can park in the driveway or in front of the house.
