This house has some terrific features -- five spacious bedrooms and four baths. The house is well supplied with essentials like dental items, Q-tips, foil, and lotions, Every drawer and cabinet are labeled. There is a washer and drayer. The kitchen/dining area is cozy but it works well with a circular couch. There is no stove but there is a hotplate, coffee maker, water heater, microwave and toaser. Good additions would be a broom and some dish towels. However, there are over 40 steep steps down to get into the house, and then one must go up the steps to get out. The parking is difficult, as cars come around the corner pretty fast. For walkers, there are no sidewalks. There are stairs between the kitchen and four of the bedrooms. There are no shops within easy walking distance. So overall we enjoyed the house, but it would not work for anyone with mobility issues.
