The room is very clean. Shower was excellent. The room was very clean. Alana was very friendly.The kitchen was fully equipped, the breakfast items were always full. Overall stay was exceptional, even though it was short. We attended a visitation and funeral services. The distance only 15 minute to 20 minutes drive the airport was very near to our hotel

The room is cleaned with maid service every other day--with ONE makeup wipe provided. So on the second day of having to wash my face, I received a $14 charge for stained linens. If you're going to do this, NOTIFY the guest in advance AND provide sufficient makeup wipes. This unanticipated charge was extremely off putting and ruined the vibe of my entire stay. I completely understand charging for "stained linens"--if you first notify/educate the guest and also if you first provide sufficient makeup wipes for every single day for every guest. Incredibly disappointing experience.
