Staff was nice and hotel room was great for the price.Though there weren’t many options nearby for groceries or to pick up food.
While on a trip to San Francisco to watch a ball game we stayed at The Atrium Hotel in San Bruno, CA was centrally located. We were close to the CalTrain station and airport as well as a mall. The building had free parking that was easy to use, the provided breakfast was tastly and had good options. The room and the inside of the building was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again when in the area.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast options. Lemonade available upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Nice little area to sit and read and relax. Very good pizza spot across the street too. I would definitely stay there again.
I thought it might be noisy from planes flyimg over but the traffic on the street was the problem. Even with thw windows completely closed, the trafffic noise was terrible. Oh, and the windows only had shears covering most of them so we felt totally exposed.

Close to airport, but severely outdated room, especially the bathroom. The TV wouldn’t work, and then the front desk woke me up at midnight to see if I wanted to keep a box of leftovers I accidentally left at the front desk about 5 hours earlier. Know when it’s appropriate to wake travelers up at midnight!! A box of leftovers is NOT one of them. Then we left our car there while on our trip, and we arrive back at the airport and are told the shuttle will be there in ten min.. about 30 min later we give up and take a $15 cab 5 min to the hotel. Utterly terrible service.
The property looks better in the pictures. While being close to the airport was good, it is right in a flight path and each plane going overhead causes the entire building to shake. The bed in our room was sagging to one side (the metal framing for the springs was bent at the one edge). Also, it was not the cleanest. The bed skirt had some kind of mystery stains on it. The bedside lamp came loose in my hand. Overall, it's just ok at best.

This hotel was a little drives away from downtown but worth the price. It's located right off fwy by airport surrounded by residential area but not a bad area at all. Felt completely safe. Best part is doors n hallways are located inside of building so we felt very safe. Only about 25-30rooms?? Continental breakfast was great!!!! Our room was very clean... my wife n kids loved it. Only complaint / suggestion for you is bring your own pillows... other than that we would stay here again!

Hotels in the San Francisco area are expensive. This one was less expensive than most but still perfectly ok, which makes it great, once you factor in the reasonable price.
We booked this last minute trying to stay near the airport. We were told the room had a fold out bed. When we arrived it was a single queen bed in the room with no fold out. When i asked the manager for what we booked he told me that there were no fold out beds at the hotel. When i asked for a refund I was told no. Was then told they would bring a fold out cot for the room. So they brought the cot with no bedding. Had to go back downstairs to ask for the bedding then was told they were going to call the cops because i was causing a scene (didn't even raise my voice - they were embarrassed i was asking in front of another customer). Hotel was just dirty and gross on top of the poor service. LESSON LEARNED!!
