It was ok poace but you pay for what you get. Its was different from how it looked outside

It was convenient and generally pleasing. The room was quiet on the courtyard side. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast room was nice. The wall thermostat in room didn't at all. The phone was not connected. (we had to plug it in) The sink in bathroom very slow draining.

Ice is only on the first floor. Usually one on every floor where I stay. Paying for parking? Unheard of. When you pay for a stay at hotels, parking is ALWAYS included. Bathtubs were in poor condition. No mini fridges for baby’s milk. Inconvenient. Coffee pods were not refilled daily. Staff was friendly.

Couldn’t open my door because it was faulty. Room was not very clean, broken window made the room very noisy from street traffic. Would not go back there again

The property was nice the only thing I did not like was the parking surcharge when the parking area was not covered or guarded. It was simply a $13 charge to park in an open parking area that is open to anyone walking off the street.

It was very convenient to airport and the brwakfasy ws awesome

Super cute hotel enjoyed the location and the beds are so comfortable

In was expecting more modern concept hotel, this one was remodeled Super 8 kind of hotel. Rooms with no carpet, adds cold felling and removes coziness of comfort. The remodeling idea was good, but the quality did not justify the results. You will be happy to see a Keurig coffee maker however.

Hotel does have a free shuttle but I found that it only goes to SFO airport. The shuttle is thru a third party shuttle company nor is it on demand. The hotel's website states "Our shuttle is also available to transport you to the various forms of public transportation nearby for your convenience. We are close to BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) which gives you access to downtown San Francisco and many Bay Area locations including AT&T Park, Oracle Arena & Levi Stadium." However at the front desk and over the phone, I learned that this was not the case and that the shuttle couldn't even take me to the closer Caltrain station 6 minutes away. The suggestion by the staff was to take the hotel shuttle to the airport and then connect to the BART station at SFO airport. Which was a genuine suggestion but the Caltrain took me closer to where I needed to be faster and at less of a cost than BART. In regards to the hotel room, room was clean and comfy. For a hotel that boasts being eco friendly, I didn't have a recycling bin in my room. Also the charging device didn't have USB Type C connection

Efficient check-in and location with easy drive to airport. Simple clean accommodations with Keurig in room.

We arrived too late for the shuttle so took a taxi which was fine. The room had a clogged sink that would not drain, we could not get the heater to work froze through the first night. They then assigned us a second room. We could not get in, went back to the desk and were told that door has a problem and you need to lift the handle to open, not push down like the other doors (no one told us that at first requiring another trip to the desk). I did like the proximity to the airport and the check out worker when we left was very helpful because we could not use the internet in the room as it would not get us on line, nor the internet in the hallway, so she let me use the desk internet that worked fine.

Nice hotel, good location, good service, very clean I recommend this place, good customer service.

No sound insulation. A bunch of tourists were in and out of each others rooms and you could hear everything

Excelente service, shuttle service eficient, good selection at breakfast. I was very pleased staying there.

Small room, but fit our needs for one night. Close to airport, free shuttle (runs until 12:15am), easy check-in, and pretty clean. Only complaints: stocked one towel and 3 pillows for two of us and they were drilling into the wall next door before 8:30am.

Sub-standard, Room is very small, and was not very clean.

Just some things I'm not used to in a hotel. For example; the floor is not carpeted, seems like a vinyl tile of some kind. A Kuerig coffee machine instead of the old style coffee pot thing. A big, flat screen, smart tv was in the room. The bed was old but comfortable. All-in-all it was a good place to stay over night and I would do it again.

Really good hotel for the money...clean, updated enough, basic/simple and adequate.
