Everything pleasant and smooth. Lucky to enjoy the complimentary wine and cheese the night I stayed; that was pleasant too. Online photos strategically shot to give the appearance of spanking new furnishings and facilities, but the reality is it's all just higher-tier refurbishing on what was clearly a lower-tier hotel.

booked a room with king bed. It was not available upon arrival so settled for the queen. Rooms are outdated.

Nice Hotel for the price. Rooms are very small and over all have certain smell. It’s a decent Hotel for the prices around the area. Not the best but for the price you can’t be too picky.

When I called for the hotel shuttle, I was told the driver had just left and was put on hold for 12 minutes before being told simply that a driver would come. Check-in was fine. The room itself was musty and loud with the street noise and with the steps and voices outside the hallway echoing and shaking the room. The ceiling had some stains. The bed was comfortable, and the tv and hair dryer were nice. I just felt I had overpaid by a great deal. I was disappointed by the service and quality of the room.

Looked like I was staying in a motel 6 so not worth it for the price I payed

Fine, comfortable and decently located, but a bit overpriced.

Overpriced poor value and bed bugs. Breakfast is limited and so small you won’t eat due to too many people. Bed bugs bit foot first night. Management more concerned about getting 13 per night for parking than anything else

Close to airport and convenient. Free breakfast was good. But requires parking fees

Not what I expected. I wish I had spent $20 more for a branded hotel. Clean and safe... but near three huge electric towers.

Bathtub had cracks in it, and the towels had hair from previous guests. No phone charger plug in next to bed. This hotel is simply not worth the price.

My flight got in late. I arrived at the hotel around 1 am. There was a 50-ish man walking around with his pants below his hips yelling and banging on doors with a few 100 dollar bills in his hand. I informed the desk and asked to have them check the cameras and change my room. The supposedly upgrade room was a dorm room and pretty unattractive. The bed was way too soft and worn out. Everything was dirty. I felt like it was a hostel. Not worth the money. When I complained to management they didn’t apologize or do anything. Don’t stay here!

The room is so small for the money you pay. Bathroo very small also. Breakfast very poor compare with other hotels that offer breakfast.

Room that we stay was noisy and floor is dirty. Room is big but bath room very small. Bed is big and comfortable.

Quick check in process, front desk very friendly and courteous.

It was not what I expected. It looked nicer on pictures.

Rooms were too small. But I liked the fast checkin and shuttle service to airport

Small utilitarian room, clean and a 10 min walk from a couple of the biotech firms I service. No taxi or car meant No Traffic! If more folks stay here, maybe the place will get another upgrade!

This is decent hotel for the price. Location is near the airport right off the free way. Rooms recently remodeled but still not so. Walls really are thin. Can hear every move and trip to the bathroom. Overall you get what you pay fkr

can not even sleep at the hotel. it's so annoyed in the morning, because people walk around and talk so loudly!!!! I will never come to this hotel any more. Worst ever.
