I was pleasantly surprised to find the room clean and without that nasty perfumed spray that other hotels use to cover up what they can't clean.

The hotel stay was nice. Beds are comfortable and room are clean. They have a small gym, but has two treadmills, one elliptical and weights and was good to have for late night workouts. Upon check in, was not aware that I had to pay $13.00 a day for parking. That's unheard of, but I guess in the SF area that's normal. Seriously, why do you have to pay to park your car when you are staying at the hotel? Makes no sense. I booked this through Orbitz and nowhere in my booking did I say that I had to pay. A little annoyed about that. Hotel has a small restaurant. My mother in law took my little niece who is 3 years old for breakfast one morning. She ordered oatmeal, chocolate milk, and coffee. They made her wait for 1 HOUR!!! Was told they are busy. Seriously, how long does it take to make the items that I mentioned? Upon check out, I let the front desk know and they said they would let their manager know and was sorry about it. Hopefully, their manager will make the necessary changes to improve their service.

Just stayed one night before flying. Very comfortable.

The staff here are excellent and seem to love and own their jobs. They are polite, friendly and helpful. The room however was pokey and the bed cover had a spot on it. The sheets seemed clean so we slept in them sans cover. Not really a motel for a holiday stay but fine for a place to rest your head between flights. Price was great. As far as service, we got more than what we paid for. Only other not so great thing was that it was hard waiting for 30 minutes at the airport in a very cold wind for the shuttle when every other shuttle came every 15 minutes.

My experience was great the receptionist Candy greeted me with a smile great customer service

It was very loud from above me there was stomping noise all day. Also I saw young people smoking weed and it smells from all way to elevator.

Got this room to be a location hub for our NYE festivities. I was very pleasantly surprise by the size of the room which is two floor with the master bedroom upstairs. We were able to host a pre-party drinking in the living room and didn't have to worry about clean-up to get to bed. Overall great value and location for the prize

Close to.the airport and unfortunately close to the highway . Ask for a room on the Westside.

This was a great location for the event we attended at Candle Stick Park. The only negative is parking is very tight & fee to park which I couldn't find listed any where. I wish they would list on web sight and not make you call to ask.

Up front: this is an OK hotel. Nothing wrong with it. But I have stayed at Sheraton properties worldwide (their hotel in Pudong, China is spectacular!), and this property isn't up to snuff. The bar was closed at 11pm when we arrived and the main elevator was broken. We walked through the parking structure to get to an elevator that worked. The halls were narrow and dark and hadn't been recently swept. Having said that, our server at breakfast was attentive and funny, the room was clean and well appointed, and the bed comfortable.

Booked for a two night getaway with boyfriend, was just right for the price. The only complaint with this particular accommodation was that the AC in the neighboring room was loud enough for us to hear (even though ours was also loud... so DOUBLE the loudness!). Parking for the length of our stay is just plain silly. I would rather just have that included in our bill.

Good location a few minutes from the airport. Bed was really comfy, especially the pillows!

I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for an early departure. The room was fine - clean, comfy and entirely satisfactory. It was perfectly fine and a very good value. I would stay there again. The staff - from the shuttle driver to the check in team - was terrific.

Good location from business site. Parking garage available but had to pay $10/night to use parking garage. Room comfortable, hotel staff was pleasant and provided good service. Wish there was a easier checkout to avoid picking up my final receipt at front desk.

Not to far from candlestick park. Easy to get to..

Great new rooms, clean,,, and great service!!! The rooms are new and the beds are comfortable!

Great room! But no free breakfast. Location is great also.

The room was nice but the front entrance has steps and no ramp. Small elevators at the end of the building and not centrally located. Also, now they charge for parking.

The room was decent, but it was a windy night and the wind howled through the window all night as it was poorly sealed. Unable to get the heater to work, we were cold. Also, the people in the room above us must've been doing jumping jacks and we called the front desk. They did nothing about it. The carpets in the hallway were disgustingly filthy, although the room was clean. Again, a fair value, but nothing to write home about!

We arrived late, around midnight, after traveling from No. Africa and we were very tired. We had reserved a room with two queens. I opened my bed to find that it had been slept in, wrinkled sheets and black hairs. Yuck. After two complaints they finally sent someone up to change the bed as they no longer had any other rooms with two beds. We had to wait at least half an hour. The whole experience was dreadful. The person on the desk at night said he wasn't responsible and the person at the desk in the morning said he was not responsible. Never again.
