Room had an industrial carpet dryer going. Horrible moisture/mold smell. Staff offered a refund (which I will hopefully get) since they were not advised of the room’s condition. I accepted the offer and left.

Horrible hotel experience. It started from the time I was waiting at the airport to be picked up by the shuttle. I was unsure what time it would arrive so I tried to call in advance, the phone kept ringing and ringing. The shuttle then arrives about 25 to 30 mins after I called. The shuttle driver gets off and completely walks right by me although I was saying “hey are you going to the travel lodge”. He helps a passenger behind me, loads their items, and helps them get into the shuttle. I had two littles with me (a 9 month old and a 3 year old) and was traveling solo with them. I had a carry on, a suitcase and a stroller wagon. I struggle to get my stuff in. He offered minimal assistance but a passerby sees I am struggling and helps me get everything on. When I arrive to the property, there are other individuals in the lobby but I am dealing with two kids trying to get my stuff together and am not hearing what they told previous patrons. I walk up to the counter and say “hi I am here to check in”. The front desk staff (woman) smuggly says “it’s at 3”. Mind you we arrived a little after 1, like 1:15 or so. Not a problem, I take my hungry kiddos to go eat at IHOP next door. Amazing service by the way! We come back after 3, check in, and then go to our room. The room has a weird smell and was not clean. I tried to just manage but we couldn’t stick it out so I rearranged travel arrangements and attempted to go back to the airport later that evening (around 8 pm),

My first room had an extreme fishy stinch . I tried calling the front desk a total of 11 times and no one answered. i had to drive up to the front desk four times until they finally gave me another room after promising housekeeping would come and see what the smell was in the initial room. The first night I stayed up and couldn't sleep because the smell was so strong I had to crack the door. I even went to Target and got air freshners to try to combat the odor.

Very run down place. No hot water in the shower. Bathroom and sink area was grimy and falling apart. Found bugs in the bed…not sure if was bed bugs but it looked like it. Brought all of this to managements attention and they couldn’t care less. Also, area and people seemed unsafe. Parking lot was full and had to park out on the street. Beware! Stay elsewhere.

Room is not clean, request to the front desk to clean it and change the pillow but they never did, i went to the front desk the old man is chatting on the phone and ignoring me, the hair blower is not working, no trash can in the washroom. Very poor customer service not coming back here anymore.

There was a dirty adult diaper in my drawer. The bed was dirty with stains the overall room was disgusting. No help from the very grumpy representatives when I arrived late and was trying to get the last bus. Very unhelpful and acted like I was bothering them.
