You get what you pay for. This Travelodge on So Airport consistently offer the best room prices in the area, and the rooms were habitable. Paint coming off the walls in small spots, 2 lights weren't working, but the bed was clean as was the bathroom. Parking is very difficult to find after 9:00pm. The bald, young, slim, night clerk has horrendous customer service skills - I walked up to him to ask about late checkout times. He was on his cell phone, asked me to wait a minute, walked outside, and proceeded to continue his personal phone conversation for over 5 minutes while leaving me to wait. I walked away, he saw me walk away, and didn't even acknowledge me. But again, I knew what to expect at $55 a night while the other motels and hotels were averaging $80-$100 per night.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unwelcoming Staff I am very disappointed with our stay. The staff were not accommodating or welcoming at all. There was a clear lack of hospitality from the moment we arrived. They couldn’t even assist with a simple request — adding companions’ names to the receipt for travel insurance purposes. This should have been an easy request, yet they were unwilling to help. We were also assigned a second-floor room that required using the stairs during check-in, despite having multiple pieces of luggage and arriving in the rain. There didn’t seem to be any consideration or first-come, first-served system for guests. To make matters worse, the room smelled like smoke and was not clean. Overall, the service and experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on our stay. TV was not working. Door lock not working need to go back in the reception to get help open the door.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel near SFO. The room was cleaned very well, the swimming pool was beautiful and the front desk staff members were all very helpful and friendly. This Travelodge is by far one of the BEST Travelodge hotels in the USA. I also love the complimentary airport shuttle service which operates very frequently throughout the day from the hotel to all terminals at SFO. I look forward to staying at this beautiful hotel again soon! Thank you!

The room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the heater didn't function correctly (definitely a bummer on a rainy 42 degree night). In addition, I tried to call the front desk but the phone had no dial tone. It was pouring rain and I had already taken off my wet clothing upon arrival, so I just bundled up and slept fully clothed.

The queen size bed shown on the picture is faulse advertisement the room had mold on walls. The carpets was stained and the room was non smoking, but smelled as if the non smoking rules was broken obsessively. The bed seem to be the first bed from open date extremely worn down, A lil itchy, with three small 10×10 throw pillow. 12×12
