Fairly close to the airport but it’s directly on the highway not a great location

We arrived and was the farthest room and it was raining. No fault of staff.. not the best directions to 779. I walked half way with 2 elderly and luggage and ran back to clarify.. when we got close there was a woman urinating outside partially nude by her car. Luckily a worker named Hugo, I think he said that was his name helped me lug the luggage up to the second floor room.. place smelled like mold.. in allergic so had a headache and runny nose.. though the rooms were non smoking but it reeked of marijuana.. So needless to say I checked out and went to a different hotel for the rest of my stay..

Our hotel room and overall property was dirty. the carpet in our room had stains. in addition the room we had smells. we ate at the ihop on property grounds and it was also dirty.

No connecting covered walkways between buildings, so have to walk in the rain searching for our room. Would be nice to provide bottled drinking water in the room. Airport shuttle was prompt and appreciated.

The property is scary , shower is not working, and the room is smell terrible.

I liked the price, location, staff, and facility. The facility is a bit dated, but in a charming way. If you're looking for a modern hotel with perfect everything, then pay more money for that. If you want an affordable place to stay that still has everything you need, this place is great. I'd give it five stars for hotels in its price range!

for the price it was expected. It was too loud from the highway and heater in the room

Overall, I wasn't expecting much, because it's a 2 star hotel and Travelodge, but there were a couple of things that made this not the best of stays. 1) there was a old moldy smell. The smell persisted after our stay and seeped into our clothes. 2) the bathroom door didn't shut all the way and left a 1/2 gap. This wasn't great. 3) the window to the outside was open and had to be locked with a screwdriver. If I hadn't noticed this, anybody could have just lightly pressed the window open from the outside. Overall the cleanliness level wasn't the best, but the bedsheets were clean and it was adequate for my 2 day stay, as I wasn't in the room much.

This isn’t a fancy hotel. It’s an affordable place to lay your head before you take off for your flight in the morning. There’s a bed, shower, WiFi, and a TV. The room was clean and the staff was extremely nice. Parking was a little bit of an issue but that’s to be expected when all the other hotels in area are over priced and want you to pay for parking. Parking here is free when you stay here. IHOP is next door, not my cup of tea but hey it’s food. Over great experience for what I needed.

Vending machine didn't work on arrival. Could hear neighbors adjacent to my room long into the night. Even the cops were carried on them. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a small dead roach un the bathroom. Id been warned about this hotel, but now know for myself. I will never stay again.

The check in took over an hour. They said the rooms were not cleaned yet, but seemed to give other people priority as rooms became available. One member of staff was really trying hard but the others were surly and rude. They gave us the wrong room with only one bed. Then they gave us a room that was being worked on by maintenance for a blocked drain, and the final room had two dangerous pieces of metal sticking out 4 inches from the bed frame. We were too tired by then to change rooms a third time.

Rooms need to be upgraded. The bathroom was really bad, shower curtain was torn. Water splashed everywhere when showering

Ok place for the price and location. Would definitely go and stay there again

Road noise is very bad in 700 building. No safety lock on door. Door opens to parking lot. No elevator to 2nd floor. Sheets were stained. Shower head at about 5 feet high. About a 300 feet walk in the rain to catch shuttle. I do not recommend this property for anyone over 60.

The property and room were greet except for the fact that the TV didn't work all three days I was there. Whenever I called the front desk there were no maintenance staff around to help. Then when I checked out I explained it to the manager and he didn't even care. I wanted a discount and he argued with me over it. I had to go back and forth with him before he finally agreed to a $20 discount. Pretty annoying.

Walkin shower and recliner in room dezk personal very helpful
