We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Front desk was very helpful and we love the location. The down side is, the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Only 3 smaller pillows available. Breakfast is a basic continental with no choices for protein (boiled eggs would make great addition.

After our room was cleaned, they took our towels on the floor but left no towels. We were able to get some, cause they were cleaning a room down the hallway. It happened only one time.

The room has a great location, close to the San Francisco International Airport. Room was fine and slept well. I do want to point out that the male staff member who checked me in wasn't too friendly. Not rude but just not friendly. Also had to wait beyond the 3 pm check in time to check into my room (320p)
