My check in for two rooms was not ready and we waited a long time to check in. Because the front desk said it wouldnt work in her system And my two rooms somehow turned into three rooms. Stood there waiting for at least 30 to 40 minutes
Hotel was very clean and updated. Room was nice.
They over charged me I stayed two days they charge me for three days I will never stay there again

Dear Clayton, Per our conversation over the phone on Monday, October 5, you have expressed the interest to extend your stay from 2 nights to 3 nights, hence we have authorized your card for the 3rd night. However, since you did not end up staying on the 3rd night, the authorization had already been released on October 1. It depends on your financial institution how long it takes for the authorization to be credited back to your account, but please rest assured that the hotel only charged 2 nights. We apologize for any confusion. Please let us know if you still have any questions, and we are more than happy to send an invoice to you that shows the 2 night charges (not 3 nights).
