I was charged a $150 deposit and the front receptionist was rude telling me I saw the $150 deposit. When I didn’t! It was late when I checked it and wasn’t going to argue with a grown ass man! Luckily I had the extra $150 while on vacation with my fiancé . Smh !! Horrible experience and very very rude
I stayed here due to good reviews and great pricing but I would never stay here again! The staff was friendly and helpful so no complaints there, however I was charged a separate fee of $12 a night after paying for the room that they dont tell you about. Which makes staying here not worth it anymore. You might as well stay at a nicer hotel. Biggest problem was noise!! You can hear every noise from other rooms( voices, music, footsteps, doors, restroom etc.) The noise is enough to keep you up and not allow you to get a good rest. The cleanliness could also be better. The surfaces felt dirty and sticky, the walls looked dirty and stained, and the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. If it wasnt for the friendly staff I would give this place 1 star.
Surprise surprise if you drive anything bigger than a regular vehicle you're going to be billed a $30 fee that is not even listed in the description of the property. Breakfast was poor you're better off going to the McDonald's right up the street

The staff was very friendly but the bed was rock hard and didn't have full size pillows, the thermostat on the wall didn't control the heater
Room was clean but small. Breakfast was cold cereal. Waffle maker not working. No hot water for oatmeal. Associate at checkout was very friendly. Next to See's Candy.

Check-in was fast and fun. Close to rental car Co. Many food options near by
We loved this property, staff was so helpful and courteous, provided transport from and to SFO, and breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to San Bruno. Room was clean, well stocked, had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, ironing board, iron, safe, and comfortable chair with ottoman. Beds were comfy and it was quiet. Rates were affordable also.
Close to airport. Easy parking only thing was told to get a cab back to hotel and was told hotel will reimburse me but they didn’t. Shuttle is really a taxi and might wait a while to get pick up
Good for short stay. Small, not crowded with parking and close to SF Airport and Sauth San Francisco industrial zone
Convenient location & reasonable price. Girl that checked us in was very friendly & conversational but guy who checked us out said nothing except okay you're all set. Toilet had an extremely loud flush & sink would not stop leaking. Bed was comfortable & complimentary breakfast was good. Only $8 to park.
Everything was good. The hotel was clean. The hot breakfast was great too. It's also right next to the airport.
