Close to everything.

Room service was poor. We had to ask repeatedly for clean towels. We also asked for the room to be cleaned & it never was. Proximity to SFO was the main plus.

This property was extremely convenient for those flying out. Gas station and rental car return were just up the street. Hotel was clean and appears to have been recently updated

This is a nice hotel. Very Clean and kept up quite well. My only con is the cleaning staff. We requested cleaning of our room and it never got cleaned. We requested cleaning each of the 4 nights we stayed and the lobby staff said no problem and will get it taken care of. Each night we came back to the room, we found that the room never got cleaned.

One Elevator was out of service and the other one was full of maid carts

I've stayed at this hotel from 5/20-5/22. Firstly, The front desk staffs are rude and unwilling to help. They assigned me a disability room and I requested to change to a normal room but this lady name Vincy at the front said there's nothing available without even looking at the computer, She asked for my booking confirmation and I try to pull up from my phone and she just grab my phone then my phone hit on the glass, she don't even apologize and just rolling her eyes like I giving her so much troubles. This is the rudest front desk agent I have ever met in my life . My boyfriend fell on the shower bench when he take shower because the disability room's bath tub was so small with that shower bench attached on the side . Secondly, I booked on Orbitz so everything has been paid And I realized they charged $245 on my credit card . I even double check with the front desk staff Vincy when I checked out and she stated the transaction will be gone in few days . is been a week now and the transaction didn't go away and the status changed from Pending to complete . I don't know if they put my Credit under other rooms or they just don't know how to do their job right . Now I need to make so much phone calls to deal with the hotel and the credit card company . This is giving me so much headache and troubles . I will never ever stay at this hotel again and won't recommend this place!!!

Very clean & comfortable. Room was very up to date.

Very nice rooms, due to Covid no restaurant & breakfast. Charging for parking is still not my favorite amenities.

Wonderful stay!

I liked the hotel, It was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. My only complaint was that we weren't told that their restuatirant was under construction so there would not be breakfast. It just added additional time to our day that we had not anticipated.

Only stayed for one night. Staff and room were great! No opinion on other things.

They let me park my car there for my journey for a reasonable rate and accommodated my parents when their flight was cancelled, also the quick and convenient shuttle to the airport made travel effortless honestly.

Very clean and centralize.

Very small room, characterless decor - clean sheets and a bed to sleep in.
