Welcome to the Hammock House! This property is located at the mouth of the Cottonwood Canyons and is minutes away from grocery stores, movie theaters, delicious eateries and downtown SLC. You'll want to stay here when planning your winter ski trip or summer getaway. You can't get much closer to the world class ski resorts, Alta and Snowbird, without staying at the resort itself.

Our home is equipped with four bedrooms. A master bedroom located upstairs with a king bed and fully attached bathroom to fit your needs. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and the other with a twin and bunk bed and a hallway bathroom in between the two. Last but not least, the basement bedroom has a king bed and an attached full bathroom. If that doesn't fit your needs, we also have two mattresses in the master closet which means our home can sleep up to 10 with beds.

Downstairs, you'll find a common area with video game arcade machines, a couch and TV that is equipped with Roku for all your streaming needs. Upstairs, you'll find another common area with hammock chairs, large couch and a TV where you can gather around with family and friends. Walk outside and you'll find a five person hot tub and a whiskey barrel sauna, right off the kitchen, that are great to relax in after a long day.

The home is set up with high-speed wifi and cable TV. If you prefer Netflix or YouTube, you can also cast your own content to any of the three large TVs from any smartphone.

The house is a twin home and shares a single side with a neighboring unit.

Please note that we do not allow parties here. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a full loss of the deposit and the party will be shut down. We also ask that quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am each night.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

This property worked out wonderful for our family to stay when we all came in to celebrate my grandfather's life. The only complaint would be that the upstairs master bath never got warm but we made it work in the other bathrooms/showers. Would recommend.

Great stay

We stayed here for a couple days while we went skiing at Alta and Park City. The location was perfect, and our family had a great time. The sauna and hot tub worked great, our kids had fun in the arcade, the place was super clean. The home does seem to be under some minor remodeling as of our stay (painting repairs and such), but this had no effect on the good time we had.

Property easily accommodated a group of ten. It was well kept and the floor plan worked well for kids and adults. The outdoor light by the address needs to be replaced to make the address visible. It would have been nice to have washcloths and more face towels in the bathrooms.

Love the hot tub & sauna!

A group of 5 of us stayed here recently, and were very satisfied with our stay. The hot tub and sauna are awesome amenities and were easy to use. It was a good space for cooking and for watching movies in the hammock room. With 5 of us we had plenty of space to spread out.

Great location and host!

Sarah was a great host answering all our questions and being very responsive. The location of the house is perfect for skiing Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. The hot tub and sauna were great features. The bedrooms ( with the exception of the master) in the home were smaller than represented in the photos and had no bureaus to store your clothes. There were two comfy futons in the game room and 3 extra twin mattresses with linens to make sure everyone had a bed. The bathrooms were also small. The TVs, games and WiFi were all great and the table is wonderful for gathering and eating. We had a great stay.

Loved the property! Well decorated, very clean and. comfortable! The hammock chairs are great and look out the large windows into the tree….feels like you are relaxing in a treehouse! Beds and bedding very comfortable and high quality! Kitchen fully stocked! Owners/property managers responded immediately with answers to questions. Would definitely return!!!!
