Very nice place. They could use more parking and facilities were not all available like the fitness room for example

Room was clean and quiet, breakfast was nice. When we went out to the hot tub something I was looking forward too a homeless lady was in the area warming up by the fire. I felt for her but it made my question the cleanest of the water. Used towels everywhere and we were there first thing in there AM. Not clean at all

Excellent location, great amenities and friendly staff

Good hotel. Delicious breakfast. Parking lot small

It was under construction and falling apart. The window on the first floor couldn't be locked, the towel hanger was ripped out of the wall, as well as the shower curtain was ripped out of the wall. The sink didn't drain properly either.

Room was clean and fully adequate. Staff could have been more welcoming and professional.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The bed was definitely comfortable and there were lots of soft pillows. The heat lamp in the bathroom wasn't working, or at least I think it was supposed to be a heat lamp. The toaster wasn't working at breakfast.. minor complaints but nothing major. The dining area was really open with a beautiful window. The view isn't spectacular, if that is important to you, but it was a nice room and a good value for the cost. Overall I was happy with my stay.

This may not be a fair assessment. They were in the middle of construction of the lobby and common areas. this was inconvenient. The heating nor the ac was working and my room was hot. I have stayed here before without those problems. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The people were nice. It was ok for the price. Just the walls were thin and you can hear everyone in the hall, above and below you.

very cozy, clean and affordable! close to everything

Easy parking, close to many tourist attractions, downtown area.

Large rooms, comfortable, and quiet. The HVAC controls were outdated and difficult to get the desired temperature, but were adequate. The hot breakfast menu varied daily and was convenient. The WiFi was a bit slow.

Would of liked more tv stations. Could use more room light.

Hotel had an odd smell, old needed to be up dated

Rooms were clean and quiet. The darkest room I have ever had, slept well.

Very friendly staff, clean, and good variety of breakfast served

The staff went above and beyond for our family in a time of need. The first room had a leak from a high running AC but they were more than happy to upgrade our room and make our stay wonderful...even helping in our extended stay due to medical issues and always with a smile and well wishes...the rooms were comfortable with an easy route from the freeway both on and off. The hottub was large with a fireplace. Located close to many food places and right down from all the downtown action. Will stay again if ever in the area.

great place to stay and close to the business I had in downtown Salt Lake!

Close to downtown airport and freeways. Airport shuttle a big plus. Daily breakfast enjoyable and nutritious but a bit redundant though we were there for a week. Evening social a nice plus with wine beer and snacks. Hit the spot. We would go back in future.
