property was outdated. There was no elevator, and our room was on the second floor in the main building. The stairs were slanted on an angle, and were very difficult to navigate, especially with luggage.
It was located right next to the interstate. Stores, restaurants and pharmacies were all only minutes away.
The site is very convenient for a stop when travels down I81. The motel itself seemed fine. Our room was not fine. There was a leak either from the sink or the bathroom and the floor in that area was sopping wet, which caused the bathroom floor to be an ice rink. We got in exhausted after midnight so we didn't address it with the front desk. However, with the amount of water there, they had to be aware of the situation.
Overall, it was a great experience and great customer service. Mary, the front desk lady, answer all my questions and was very helpful.
This location was under construction and looked desolate. The room was dirty, and faced the interstate. Constant engine braking was loud. Room was musty and dirty. Thankfully, I was there for 12 hours and didn't contract any diseases.
I didn't like that I was put way out in the back of the hotel when there were clearly rooms available in the front. I requested to be in a room near the front of the property as I felt safer, but the person checking me in would not accommodate me.

First room had bathtub that was completely disfunctional. Second room had a phone that didn’t work. Whole hotel seemed to have the heat on, and room was so warm when I entered that the ac didn’t cool it well for 75min. Staff very at front was very efficient and helpful, but there’s only so much an employee can do if the property itself is shoddy.
This property is located RIGHT OFF the highway and had a few gas stations with convenient stores next door. Plenty of parking. We felt very safe. Staff were all incredibly nice and accomodatiing. I LOVE the fact that they have dedicated rooms for service pets (while regularly it is pet free) because my daughter is allergic to cats and dogs. No issues with her allergies so that means they are true to their word. Lobby beautiful and rooms were clean. Nice size fridge and freezer included, as well as microwave. Breakfast was just a simple continental, but it was clean and had a staff member to help if needed. Coffee was hot and tasty. When traveling along that route again, I will definitely stay again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
