Very quick check in and friendly staff

Nothing close by

Nothing was unique. If the room has a coffee maker and a refrigerator it should have a microwave. Why make a person go to the common area to use a microwave when you can't get within 6 feet of the desk clerk?

Booked online in the parking lot and checked in 5 minutes later. The staff and check in area was excellent and welcoming. Huge flat screen, fabulous bed and bedding materials, plenty of accessible power and data outlets. Just a beautiful experience.

The facility staff were very helpful when we needed a wheelchair that was not planned for

Front desk people low friend. Housekeepers knowing early rushing before chevk out. Pool too cold.

The Hotel is nice in good area food and hwy all close. Check in good room very nice and clean . King bed was comfortable and 4 pillows were great. Sink in room outside bath drained slowly but ok. Coffee maker stuffed in corner of sink not very inviting. There is a restaurant in hotel so no free breakfast. Biggest problem is shower bath stall combo. Dangerous very unsafe. Tub is deep V shape and no grip strips on tub making it so slippery i almost fell thanks to handle on wall by water control which was very hard to control slight touch too hot or too cold ??? . . I was forced to take a bath (my first in 40 years) NOT HAPPY.

We stayed for one night over Thanksgiving weekend and we were pleased with the experience. Nice clean room and friendly staff. You cant ask for much more than that.

Hotel is in excellent location and lobby is nice. Rooms leave a lot to be desired in my opinion. They are not really geared to business travel. No microwave, mini fridge did not appear to work well, no comfortable chair in room (there was a small couch), bed did not face TV (you had to look off to your side), and no complimentary coffee/ breakfast food in lobby. Hotel wants you to buy coffee and food at the Bistro in the lobby.

Everything was wonderful when it came to the room, the cleanliness, and the accommodations. The night staff charged me twice for the room, but when I talked to other front desk staff and the manager, they tried to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Great customer service and very clean. Was greeted and informed that if I needed anything to feel free to call.
