There is not a shuttle that runs before 7am - we booked this room because of the shuttle - we had to Uber as we had a 7;20 am flight- our room was clean but so outdated - shade with 100’s of pin holes the light shone through - a Mountain view was a rooftop view - The restaurant - great for the morning - breakfast was fine - tried to have dinner - the man covering the bar and restaurant was annoyed by our presence - rolled his eyes because we wanted to look at the very limited menu and we left - the pool was amazing but no towels and ended swept…. I would not stay here again it just was not what i had thought … some of the staff were so nice but some had a lot to learn… no coffee in the am - disorganized and front desk people seem overwhelmed…. Room was clean but needed painted and patches were not repaired properly - also inconsistent housekeeping… i won’t return…. I travel frequently i can tolerate a lot but this was just disappointing…..
