Upon arrival I was put into an accessible room 128 however, the door didn't open all the way due to The fridge was blocking the full opening… wheelchair not going to go through. The next room, 312 was better but…. The security latch on the door was broken. One door hing was broken. The microwave would not turn on, oh well, no late night popcorn. After settling everyone in for the night, noticed there was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls, very annoying. Bed is comfortable but bouncy, felt my partner’s movements. Breakfast was a whole new experience. It was not self serve, but not fully served. My tween children were not allowed to get breakfast without an adult present. The sweet older woman had to lean over the counter and set up the waffle makers. She said it was for safety but then showed me the burns on her arms from the waffle maker. Floor transitions from carpet to tile are broken on floor 3 and it is hard to wheel luggage over it smoothly. Elevator did not line up with the floor properly, had to lift up the luggage to get out. Management should be ashamed to let this happen. Hilton should be ashamed. It was my first stay in a Hilton and if given the choice I will stay at Marriotts and Best Westerns.
Very convenient to the mall, just a short drive downtown and to the Bergland center
Great Hotel!
Hotel is great. The old lady behind the breakfast counter is rude, she doesn't need to be put in a customer facing position.
Clean the only thing need more towels but is excellent, clean confortable and breakfast 👌
I loved the size of the room the colors and how well put together everything was. I loved that I felt so at home a comfortable. Honestly didn’t want to leave!
Loved all the amenities! We even had a dish washer in the room, which was amazing. It was equipped with dishes and all the necessities. Room was quite large and modern. Everything was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast in the morning. Very happy with our stay!
The bathroom faucet was very loose. I've been to many hotels, and this is the first time that I encountered a very loose faucet fixture. It was very disappointing for a Hilton Hotel. It was so obvious.
They did not have hot water. The card readers did not work.
Excellent breakfast, with many options. Great space in the room to spread out.
Overall the probably was nice. At the time I was there the pool wasn’t working, no hot water and elevator stopped working, that was a big inconvenience.
The rooms were exceptionally big, great for a family of 5. The hotel is right next door to a Mexican restaurant but if you don’t feel like that there are several restaurants that are minutes (even walkable) to the hotel. At the time we stayed there the hotel offered discounts at the following restaurants:El Rodeo Grande, Abuelo’s, Smokey Bones, Carraba’s, Saker’s. The pool was indoor and was small but good enough for the kids to take a quick dip in. Breakfast was good. They had the typical waffle station and they also offered frozen pre-packaged breakfast items like pork sausage with egg and cheese on English muffin and little trays of sriracha scrambled egg and potatoes. I played it safe and had an egg and cheese omelette. It was pretty tasty with a couple slices of toast. Coffee was good.....I’ve has better and I’ve had worse. Overall it was a great hotel, I’ve never heard of this new Hilton Home2 but would defiantly stay again.
Friendly and fast check in, room was very clean and the staff is great, anything else you might need would surely be there!
I really liked how spacious the rooms are and all the extra appliances such as a toaster and a dish washer! The beds were very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!
Nice hotel, large rooms, everything you could neef provided. Great stay, clean
