This is a one-bedroom loft apartment located close to downtown Roanoke. It is newly renovated with luxury furnishings from TXTUR furniture. The apartment is bright and sunny and features an elevated sleeping loft with kitchen and living space downstairs. It has it's own private entrance as well as dedicated parking and elevated patio access. Lots of nearby food and drink options like Tuco's Tacos, Beamer's 25, Golden Cactus Brewing, Big Lick Brewing and others are a short drive or bike away



The Space:

This is a two-story loft with the living room and kitchen on the lower level and the elevated sleeping loft with bathroom upstairs. Scenic views adorn the cozy upstairs bedroom. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing.



Guest Access:

Keyless Entry provides 24 hour check in. Door codes are provided with check-in instructions that are sent via text message.

Best bang for your buck!

Had the best weekend stay here while section hiking parts of the AT.The loft is located just outside Downtown Roanoke and walking distance to 3 breweries. Pictures don’t do it any justice, it is an adorable small apartment with everything you could need! Highly recommend!!

Quick Roanoke getaway

Clean, airy, fun loft. Perfect 2 night getaway in Roanoke. Host very accommodating. Went to the Zoo, Three Notch'd brewery, Big Lick Brewery and some great little restaurants. Balcony great for coffee in the morning and cocktails later on. Perfect location. Great amenities. Will definitely be returning.
