It was so bad the smell of cigarette and I was traveling with kids

Overall very nice stay.

The room was very shabby. The couch was in terrible condition and the bed cover had holes and stains. The carpet was worn through and stained.

Needs more pressure on the shower

I had a horrible experience. First walked in smelled like Marijuana. Sheets had stains, they couldnt even provide a pillow. Bed was so uncomfortable. We woke up in so much pain. Will not come back wss not worth what we paid!!!!

Everything seemed clean. Furnishings and decor were thread-bare and styled like the best of 1990, but if you're just looking for a place to rest your head for the night, this seemed satisfactory.

The room stunk with a musty smell. In The breakfast room the coffee pot was empty one day and the next day the coffee was lukewarm.

Checked in at the afternoon; staff was on site to check in friendly. During the stay I did not take the time out to take up the break-fast. Pool and Jacuzzi, but, most of my stay was brief; used the units to sleep, change and left pretty quickly. Quiet area to be in and easily the best location for the surrounding options for gas, food and entertainment.

The hotel was fine. We mistakenly booked a smoking room and that's what we got. Our problem was with Orbitz. When we realized the mistake, we called the hotel to make the room change. They referred us back to Orbitz. I tried to make the change online, but the Orbitz site kept asking for a credit card for this free change. Even when I added a card, it wouldn't make the change. So I called Orbitz. The gentleman told us that he contacted the hotel and everything was fine. When we checked in, we got the smoking room. The rest of the hotel was sold out. This was my first and last experience with Orbitz. I'll book elsewhere from now on.

Stayed one night for a soccer tournament at River City complex. Hotel was very close and convenient to the fields. Breakfast was good too. The only bad thing was the HVAC unit in the room didn't work correctly. It wouldn't blow cool air on the cool setting. Eventually it started blowing warm air and the room got uncomfortable. I just had to unplug it. I told the front desk about it.

Staff members were very polite. Room was clean, surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night. We got in late and left early; all we needed was a place to sleep and showers the next morning. This was a perfect choice - we didn't need or have time for a gym, pool, or patio with a lovely view, nor did we have to pay for such niceties.

Family run hotel with super nice and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good and week stocked. Floor could have been vacuumed a bit better. Sheets and towels were clean. As a traveler, I am super paranoid about bedbugs, so happy that there were no signs of them and none once we got home either. Definitely an ok stay for the lower price.

Stayed one night while passing through, heading south. The place appeared to be family run. Basic ammenities, but everything was in good repair and clean. The staff was friendly. Though not as fancy, it was comparable to many business travellers hotels I have stayed at in terms of condition and cleanliness. I tried to stay here again on my way home but it was full. It was also full the night I did stay here. I can see why it sells out when I compare to the place I ended up staying instead.

Most hotels allow you an extra hour to check out when you request it the day you check-in to the hotel. The people at this place harassed me when I called in the morning and got approved for a 1130 check-out time. They called my room and knocked on my door after I got permission to stay there until 1130. Very impatient people.
