It was fine. I was traveling alone and needed a place to shower and sleep, and it accommodated both of those things.
When i arrived for check-in that room was so smelly Green. Front desk got problems got previous customer and waiting line was long at 10pm.
To much noise from the freeway

A deluxe non-smoking room gave my wife and i an allergic reavtion to the residual smoke smell. Table surfaces had not been wiped. Floor was dirty. Cigarette burn marks on the tub. Terrible wifi. Night registration was a tight single room with non distanced spacing and a long line. It was in the same small room with the only ice and vending machines along with a filthy microwave supposed to be used for dog food. Terrible condition of drapes and cornice in our deluxe king room. Bed linens were not fresh. Pass this place by with a wide margin. Contractors and trucks with smokers walking the breeze ways. How can it be advertised as smoke free???? Terrible for people in our physical condition.
At first was given a room without microwave. I explained that I'm a healthcare worker in the area from NC to work at a local hospital and have to be able to warm food. I was charged extra money to be moved to a room with microwave. No consideration for a military man as well as a healthcare worker especially in these times but worse is the lack of explaining it nicely. Then new room has exposed wires that I was scared to touch and microwave was not working. Called front desk and was told that I just need to unplug and plug in another outlet. I reluctantly did with the exposed and scary looking wires but still did not work. I called and then a worker came and fixed it but behind the entertainment center looks like it has not been cleaned in ages. Rest of room also was not very clean; especially bathroom tiles and fixtures. AC did not work properly. Terrible place and expensive compared to Quality inn which is excellent and just minutes away.
The property was litter free. The lobby was quaint but freshly decorated. My room was excellent. I enjoyed the remodeled room. The TV was large and picture clear. Thank you for investing in remodeling the property inside. The price was below my expectation for the look of the hotel room I'll make this my place to stay when in town.

Disgusting stinky dirty and unprofessional. It shouldn't matter what star hotel it is it should be clean, properly prepared and work.
I like the convenience of the location to the hospital where I am visiting my fiancé who is suffering from traumatic brain injury. It was extremely dirty and smelled bad. There were roaches everywhere it was so gross
The breaker went out to our room we sat in the dark for 4 hrs. They moved us to another room and we had no bathroom lights in that room. Eventually they did come on. Orbitz took care of this very satisfactory
The room had to be sprayed for roaches, they were young roaches and after they sprayed we didn't see them again. The grass was really high around the hotel. My little Yorkie picked up Fleas and a skin infection which required a visit to the Vet. We stay at Red Roof Inns all the time and this is the first time we encountered a problem. Also the ice machine was broken in the room 153 corridor. Other than that it was fairly quiet to be right next to I95. The room needed work there was a whole in the tile and odd screws in the walls. We will probably look for another pet friendly hotel if we need to stay in the Richmond area again.
Wow! This place was a great value. As good as a $150/night 2.5-3 star hotel with the exception that the pillows and mattresses are firm. Had two rooms, both rooms were very clean. Only downside is the druggies use this place so escort your loved ones.
Clean, easy arrival, room was as expected and price was competitive with other places around that area.

No iron. My room smelled of smoke. It seemed as if someone was smoking in the room and it was tried to get air it out but did not.
