Bedbug and want my refund back on card what a Christmas I was trying to have with my son can I get customer service number

Room was decent in appearance but had a stale smell. Front desk was relatively courteous. I was asked to provide an ID for anyone over 18 who was staying in the room which was unusual. When i asked the reason for that she stated it was required by the city police. I further asked if there has been an incident that caused them to require that and she said "it's better than it used to be...". At that point we felt very uncertain about the safety of the area as there were a lot of people hanging around outside of rooms, but we had already paid. We asked for a refund and they did give us one which we were appreciative of.

Paper thin walls coupled with some very inconsiderate guests. Upon check-in the non-smoking room reeked of smoke (and some of my clothes still do stink), the towels are about as cheap as you can get, the bed "cover" had cigarette holes in it, when housekeeping did come to change the the towels they didnt even take the garage. Yeah I get its a motel 6 but won't ever make that mistake again

I arrived around 8 pm and my room was fine for the 13 hours I spent there - I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night or two - the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked

It is convenient to the Richmond Airport the price is not too high compared to the other motels nearby but I still prefer even cheaper priced motels.

The room did not include a refrigerator or microwave. The front desk staff wanted to charge me an extra security deposit for a "newly renovated room."

I stay here often, and so far so good. Staff is friendly.

While my stay was ok, for the 4 days I stayed I had to have my door key reset each and every night. That got annoying and tiresome real fast.

The photos are deceiving. While the staff was very friendly, the facility is run down and not very clean.

The room I was assigned had two holes punched in the bathroom door. I had to bring it to the front desk attention.

Nice room. Ghetto ghetto ghetto! I came here by myself because it was next to the airport I paid $45. Yes it was worth the price. But be warned it’s ghetto and busy on a Tuesday night. Can’t imagine weekends. That’s cool and all if it’s a spot, but ladies be careful of crazies. Stay in your room. Expect someone to try and barge in at 11am. Great AC and shower. My room was pretty.

I never got the room or got to cancel on here no one responded

Nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and they really care about

The above tenants at the hotel were constantly stomping on the floor. People being loud at all times of night.

It is convenient to the Richmond Airport the price is not too high compared to the other motels nearby but I still prefer even cheaper priced motels.
