When we walked into the lobby we were not spoken to until we said hello. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room temp was perfect. We could not get any channels to come up on the tv. Kept getting the message that it was not connected. Tried calling front desk for instructions and the room phone had a busy signal and could not call out. We were greeted the next morning by a very friendly andhelpful front desk clerk.

I stayed in Room 511 and it was the worst experience ever. Paint was coming off the walls from a previous flood from the room above. There was no hot water. The shower glass door would not close. The heater was super high and I could not get it to lower the hear or intensity. The sheets were stained. I stayed before at this location and the service was okay, but this time this was worst experience. Room 511 should not be available to guests until it is repaired properly.

I had a very unsettling experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. When I arrived, the front desk employee repeatedly tried to convince me to cancel my Expedia reservation and rebook directly through the hotel. I explained multiple times that I preferred to check in with my existing Expedia booking, but he continued to push me to cancel and rebook — twice. While I was actively in a live chat with Expedia trying to resolve the situation, he processed the check-in on his end without my consent. This forced the reservation through, which then made it impossible for me to cancel or receive a refund. Beyond that interaction, the condition of the hotel was extremely concerning. The entire facility had a very strong smell of marijuana that carried into the rooms. When I entered my room, the bathroom had clearly been overlooked: there were no towels, no toilet paper, no tissues, and no basic toiletries. It appeared as though the room had not been properly prepared for a guest at all. After attempting to return to the front desk, I felt so uncomfortable with the situation and the employee that I chose to leave entirely rather than continue the interaction. I ended up booking a room across the street instead. I would recommend staying at the Holiday Inn nearby instead. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely avoidable.

The hotel staff was very nice you can tell its family ran and they take pride. The rooms are extended stay but don't offer any cooking accommodations. They have a fridge and microwave as well as cabinets to store food but thats it. Cleaning could be better but hey it's a motel 6
