The front desk staff absolutely amazing. So friendly and efficient!

Horrible I booked a room with a hot tub and wasn’t notified that that room wasn’t even an option no one wanted to help wit this issue just horrible

We stayed in a room that was supposed to have two queen beds but unfortunately only had two doubles, and I found the room to be rather small, however the room was extremely clean which is very important during this time of Covid-19, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. The property was centrally located and not far from the airport. I would definitely stay here again!!!

I did not receive the type of room I reserved. I was told it wasn’t because the type of room I requested was unavailable, but because Orbitz did not request that room for me. I even showed my reservation. When I wanted to upgrade it was a significantly higher price than I was quoted from Orbitz. Other than that the hotel is conveniently located, very clean, and the staff is friendly.

We needed to drop off the car early, so they had their shuttle bus pick us up from their airport and take us back there in the morning. The driver even offered to take us anywhere within a three mile radius of the hotel.. I also liked how they made something off the menu for me that was very good. Everyone was very friendly and we had a nice stay. I would stay there again.

I didn't like that what I reserved was not available when I checked in at 3 pm-had to take king rather than double. Also did not like that my room smelled when I entered. Had to have the cleaning staff spray the room because it smelled like mildew (room 312)

Room was a little dated, the television (small screen) was fixed on the weather channel- I didn’t report this as I was turning in early for a 5:00am flight Otherwise, other than the above and the $2.00 charge for a bottle of water it was fine

Looks like the bathroom wasn’t swept but overall was a great stay

A great place to stay, It met our needs. We were in town for our granddaughters' graduation from VCU.

I was in Richmond for two days for a family event. The first night I stayed at a terrible hotel. I switched to the Holton for my second night. I only wished I had spent both nights at the Hilton. It was cleaned, very comfortable. Wish my stay was longer.

The hotwl was wonderful...Just needed a room for a quick qeeke d getaway...I was very pleased with the staff ...the room...and overall look of the hotel ....Made my trip very pleasant!

It was a nice hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others. Really quiet.

Nice and clean would stay there again nothing else to say

We were driving from Atlanta to NYC. Location is perfect. It is just minutes away from downtown. It is also in close proximity to a highway. Room's clean. Staff friendly. Plenty of parking space. What else do you need?
