No hot water for showers 👎 After a long drive and moving my son to a different apartment all day, we were looking forward to a nice hot shower to sooth our achey muscles.
The room had a terrible Smell. The staff must have known the condition of the room because the windows was open when I entered the room. That is poor customer service because that indicates they knew of the condition and rented it anyway. The room had a kitchen area and that is where the smell was coming from it was a strong pungent smell of curry.

I would not stay here again. I would pay the extra money and stay at a nicer hotel. The condition of the room was poor (although it did appear clean). Also, there was a slight smell of raw sewage in the bathroom.
Room was for the most past clean. The bathroom door looks like it wasn't cleaned in a while and the bed was stiff. Other then that room was fine.
The free internet connection is "Lite" which may be 1MB download speed and it is quite slow which is quite slow for watching any streaming files. Many motels in the same class provide good high speed internet connection. Here, you have to pay for it ($2.99 per day!) which sucks. Hotel is clean and location is good. The walls are thin and you can hear the conversation in the next room. Lots of eating places and gas stations nearby. Quiet location.
Price I pay worth it - but if you like to spend $25-$30 extra per night then you can find better place
I stayed here for one week. The nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke. The fire alarm went off for two hours Tuesday night at 145am because of a malfunction, the power went out Wednesday for over 1 hour. Construction was ongoing even though reviews from over a year ago say the same thing. I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel.
This is what it says, an extended stay with your ammenities within the room so you don't have to go out and eat. Everything worked fine and the room was clean and neat.
The pics on the website look nice, however reality was much different. The room was dirty and bugs (some kind of beetle) were crawling the walls, bed, linens etc. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned since installation. Pillows were flat. There was some kind of pills left in a baggy tucked ever so nicely between the towels. There was sun coming thru the door when it was closed, upon closer inspection you could actually see out without opening the door. It seemed like this was a long term place to stay for people (less than undesirables) who couldnt afford an actual apartment. Overall, we will NOT be staying at an "extended stay" hotel ever again.
Although the hotel was near capacity there was adequate parking, the room was quiet, the air conditioner worked flawlessly and the staff was professional.
The place was clean and the staff was very nice. The kitchen and stove were nice. The iron stained our clothes and the bed was not comfortable. There were only 2 pillows. No shampoo or conditioner given. No internet. Otherwise a nice stay.

OK. fridge & microwave in the room. No other pluses. No cleaning service between days I was in the room. I made my own bed, etc.. I stayed at another hotel chain,where there was a complimentary breakfast for $5.00 more a day. The other hotel chain had cleaner rooms.
The staff was friendly but thats about it . The roaches pretty much killed the whole experience . That and the fact that if you stay less that 7 days the staff does not come to clean the room . The bed was uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets or pillows .

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete.
