Good price and nice staff

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, and the overall atmosphere was pretty laid back. Everyone was nice, even the other guests staying there were pleasant haha. It’s no 5-star Marriott, but overall it was a good place to stay, it was clean, and I liked it. There’s a Wawa, Sheetz, and a Shell/711 all within walking distance if you want snacks or some made to order food.

The property was nosy all night , the bed was terrible , the pillows and sheets were dirty , I changed my own linen but the staff was so nice.

Room had no shower curtains, no mirror in bathroom not enough big towels. I had stayed there before and my experience has being good. Not this time.

We understand this is not a 4/5 stars motel but it was way below our expectations. The toilet is leaking and water won’t fill after used, there is ants in the room, breakfast suppose be included but not at all. We choose Microtel b/c we stayed there before with great service but this time is different.

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL HAS ROACHES NO CLEAN SHEETS NO BREAKFAST THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

The hotel was fine overall. The issue I had was too many employees and other people not checking in hanging around the front desk.

Wouldn’t allow a cancellation or a credit for future stay.

This was such a horrible place there was people hanging out in front playing loud music i swear i say hookers last there was a man with a gun in plain sight moving a huge tv and luggage into the hotel. Why would you need to bring your own TV?? So i think this place is a Shelter for the homeless. I sure was not staying here did not feel safe sure didn't need to see no room i went to front desk and canceled my booking immediately. Would not every tell anybody to stay there

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOTEL! The rooms are filthy, bedding was dirty, hit in the bed, nail polish & hair dye all over the place , wrinkled dirty pillows, the hallways REEKED of cigarettes , the pictures do not match what you actually get, the rooms are super small , no fridge or microwave in the room as it was shown in the pictures, constant noise outside the room . THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE.

It was disgusting i I barely slept on the third floor.

Room not clean. Pile of trash in corner. Towel rack broken. Tv remote case back cover missing. Overall cleanliness of room subpar. Loud noises all night from guest on floor . Called front desk 2 am noise did not stop. Will not stay again. Terrible experience

Staff was took several minutes to greet me but I did arrive at a late hour, so I let that go. The lobby foot traffic had a "chronic drug user" feel, which I shrugged off - the staff, when they did respond to my calls, was professional and friendly. I checked in with no issues and carried my things to my room. Once in my room, I was hesitant to put anything down due to the condition of the room, but I did. It was cold, so I attempted to turn on the hear - the controls were completely worn and had holes in them, and the heater got warm but did not blow air. I spent the next few minutes inspecting the room and was absolutely aghast - the floor had not been vacuumed, the bed barely clean and poorly made, the furniture and feel was extremely cheap, light duty, dirty and worn, the bathroom smelled of vomit and there was what I hope was tooth paste on the sink. I could go on but wont - it was horrible. I removed my stuff and self from the room and while walking to the lobby, I noticed how dirty the hall was (I'd be surprised if it was vacuumed at all during the last two weeks, maybe longer) and the people I saw gave the place a monthly tenant flea bag hotel ambiance. I was offered another room but refused. This place has serious problems. I checked into the Hilton next door and they said "they wonder why they get the clientele that they do - they have problems". This is not typical for Wyndham - I cannot recommend this property on any level.

Hello Rachael, We would like to apologize for your experience with the smell, we implement a strict no-smoking policy and make sure that guests who violate those are reprimanded. We would appreciate it if these issues were reported during your stay as we could have sent back our cleaners and done a more thorough refresh of the room.
