The room was freezing had to keep the heat on all night and couldnt hear tv bathroom portion of the room was cold due to heat on one side the room was next to hotel entry and was loud all day and night and a night club in the lobby which i heared into the night not a good night at all sweet staff but the room and experience horrible i will be sending an email to properties and sharing my experienc

The lobby area turned into a club dancing at night with loud music. We stayed on the fifth floor and our room has this mechanical squeaking that is so loud we could not sleep. It is unfortunate because the area is nice.

Nice Hotel, Poor Management and Inconvenient Stay

Overall, my stay was just okay. There was only one working elevator in the guest tower, which was a huge inconvenience throughout my visit due to the high volume of guests coming and going. I requested additional towels but never received them. While the hotel itself is nice, it seems to be poorly managed. There were stacks of boxes at the front entrance, which created an unpleasant first impression each time I walked in and out. On a positive note, the hotel did offer evening activities for a small fee, which was a nice touch and added some entertainment options during the stay.
