Great customer services, BUT awful facilities! No water all night, ac broke with no technician or manager on duty. No breakfast becuse no water! This was horriblel, it would have been better to stay at a highway restshop, at least then we could use the bathrooms! Poor design. Rooms are huge, but bathroom is so small its difficult to close the doir. Rufubershments are awkard and smudge with old caulking, glue and residue.

Very comfortable bed and nice shower head in the bathroom. Room was spacious, updated, and had everything we needed. The hotel is modern, sleek, and stylish.

Best embassy we have ever stayed at. Impressive cleanliness, knowledgeable and caring staff, gorgeous modern design in rooms and lobby/atrium area. Would love to stay again when in the area.

Family suite was great, bathroom is too small though

Enjoyed my stay. Very nice rooms. Clean, modern and spacious.

Great hotel, location, staff, room cleanliness, breakfast taste and appearance ‼️Everything phenomenal ‼️ Definitely will be revisiting

The hotel is under renovation but was not an issue. The rest of it was very nice. Our room was remodeled but there was black mold in the shower still in 2 spots or I would have rated this even higher. Private balcony is very small. Staff is excellent, super friendly and kind, best feature of the hotel. Wish they would switch up breakfast, they offer same thing every day, the buffet is o.k. Eggs (powdered?), sausage, bacon, french toast, and thin pancakes. The made to order pancakes or eggs were better than what was on the buffet. Biscuits and gravy, and ham would have been a nice addition for a southern location to offer. Overall, excellent value, PHENOMENAL staff, and a great place to stay. Would stay there again.

Hotel is under major renovations, big time construction zone. Very loud andall the hallways are lined in plastic. Bad smell. Only a few floors are open. Felt very weird and creepy. They probably should not be open during this process. I would not have stayed there if I had been notified at booking and can't believe it cost me 150$ for the night.

We stayed here to get away from my work and my local for a short weekend vacation. The hotel is nice. The suite is large with 2 separate rooms. One for me and my wife. The other for my 2 daughters. The room is clean but the furnitures are a little old. Front door and bathroom door are jammed so we had to use a little force to close and open. This made some noises at night when one of us had to use the bathroom. The staff are very nice and friendly.Breakfast is good (free). Evening reception with free drink is also excellent. The hotel is located along W Broad Street that is very convenient for us to go to the Vietnamese restaurants around there as well as going to the Short Pump mall. Definitely we will come back here.

Our stay was great. Friendly staff, room was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Richmond.

This was an excellent place to stay! It was not easy for me to find the location at night as it sits back off the road. Once I found it, I was very pleased! The manager reception at night was a nice touch! Breakfast the next morning was very filling & delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel! I will stay here again!

Business trip. Staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Hotel is close to everything. I try and stay there every time I am in town for business.

Stayed here for two nights after spending 3 nights in DC. Picked this hotel because it's an Embassy Suites and it was an hour from Monticello and 30 min. from family.

The Embassy Suites Hotel is in a great location, with close access to the highway and the main street in the city, Broad St. Great breakfast options with everything from fix to order omelets to chocolate covered donuts and fresh fruit and yogurt. The rooms are spacious with fridge and microwave, pull out sofa in the living area and two televisions. Plenty of parking, nice pool and great staff. Couldn't ask for any more.

Professional classes are held here, and I have stayed several times. It is a very nice hotel, with clean rooms and good food. Meeting rooms are great, and the staff is helpful and courteous. Always enjoy my experience here.

Clean rooms, comfortable for business travel and the breakfast and coffee in the morning is great!!!

The outside of the building looked appealing. Was impressed with rooms having inside entrances overlooking a beautiful courtyard. That view make the hotel look inviting. Inside the room on the other hand did not give me the "wow" I was expecting. Rooms most definitely need to be updated. Furniture seems old and was scratched, carpet fading. The staff was very courteous and polite though.
