When I arrived to my room after a 15-hour drive the bathroom floor was covered in filthy towels , the shower stall had dirty boot prints throughout, and the garbage can was on the counter containing plumbing fixtures. The front desk staff was very helpful and immediately moved me to a new room without hesitation. But, since you asked how my check in experience was, the answer is “not great”.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. Te mattress and the chaise condition were tired and in need of replacement. I mentioned this to the manager and she said they were anticipating a refresh soon.

The best I could say about this particular Hampton inn is that the bed was comfortable. Bedside lamp flickering on and off, which we called about. Eventually went to lobby and asked for a lightbulb. Water in shower.was tepid. No food or beverages in any of the vending machines. Breakfast was free but horrible. Disappointing because we’ve stayed at Hampton Inn’s which have been very nice.

The only comment we have is the shower not working properly half on the faucet & half on the shower heads Breakfast was excellent abundant water supply desk staff are very helpful except 1 when we stopped by to adked if theres a possibility of checking in early this was on January 3,around 11:00 am that staff was not nice very abrupt & dont even do eye contact when i was asking her question

I found a death cockroach in the bedroom carpet Carpet wasn’t clean so I believe the cleaning lady did not clean the room before my stay Other than that the staff was great!!! Very friendly and helpful people :)

Staff were friendly. The room is terrible. Smelled of old smoking room, dirty, old bed and bedding. Right along highway & you will know it. You hear every vehicle or truck on the road. If you plan on sleeping checkin elsewhere as you will not be able to sleep at all. Stay away!!!

Very old building, not clean, rude staff, sub standard breakfast. there was two old women trying to check in, there was no support for them to carry their luggage to the room. I only did it. Breakfast was awful, when we asked for milk, the reply was just "NO milk". no courteous tone at all Not worth for 110$ plus.

The staff were very nice. The main lobby was clean and looked maintained. our room on the 4th floor looked very dated and had an appearance of being dirty. The bathroom had someone else's hair on the floor and the tub looked unlclean to where we decided to wait to shower. As soon as you step out of the elevator, it's freezing and the walls and carpet are very wornto shabby. The same for the room's walls, carpet and fixtures. Coming from a fairly reasonable lobby, the room was a let down.

We were without water for 2 days during our 4 day stay!! We were told we'd be issued a credit but haven't seen that yet! We've stayed here before & all was well, this time it was horrible not having water and having to go to work everyday.
