At checkout I asked and was told that the guy in charge wouldn’t be in until Monday and there wasn’t anything she could do. We were charged for parking and that wasn’t on the website. Lastly the ice makers on 1, 2, and weren’t working. Horrible experience.

When I arrived to my room after a 15-hour drive the bathroom floor was covered in filthy towels , the shower stall had dirty boot prints throughout, and the garbage can was on the counter containing plumbing fixtures. The front desk staff was very helpful and immediately moved me to a new room without hesitation. But, since you asked how my check in experience was, the answer is “not great”.
