When we arrived we were having trouble opening our original assigned room 305. The keys would not work. Even the master key did not work, when staff came to assist. The staff member changed our room to 318. There was a ripped curtain and a dirty towel that had red and blue stains.
It was an overall clean and safe hotel, but the mattresses on the double beds felt like bed boards. They were extra firm and not as comfortable as I would have preferred. The water took a while to heat up at certain times. Other than that, it was a decent place for the price!

When i mentioned room disatisfaction at check out, i was told i shouldve informed earlier and request another room.
The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and professional. The shower gel container in the shower was empty (we had our own, but if theres a container it shoukd be full) and there was no iron in the room. The attention to detail was lacking and does make you wonder what else may have been skimped on. I loved that they provided sanitizing wipes.
Room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking available onsite. Overall great experience for us!
It was a very nice clean room that was better than we expected. It had a nice lounge area, nice tv, clean bathroom, and comfy bed.

Nice staff and the room was comfortable. Only issue is that you could hear folks in the from the above floor, which was pretty loud at times.
Great hotel. Close to attractions. We came down from NJ to visit the museums in DC and then spent the rest of weekend at Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens! Great time! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay.

All staff were professional and courteous, room was clean and quiet, housekeeping staff did a great job on my multi-day stay. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection of foods, including fruit, eggs (both scrambled and hard-boiled), sausage, toast, bagels, cereal, muffins, and more. There's also a mini-store with a selection of beverages and snacks for purchase, and complimentary newspapers and cookies.
I liked this hotel a lot. The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful, and the room was surprisingly nice and the decor of the room was cool. And the location was great too, really close to everything in Short Pump and the drive to the art museum and Carytown was only 11 minutes. The only negative would be the housekeeping staff might be a little careless. The fridge smelled like cheap beer, and the grout in the bathtub wasn't spotless (it wasn't gross, but it could've been better.) Maybe the hotel can get housecleaning some bleach! There's free parking, an indoor pool with a hot tub and free breakfast with a waffle maker. It was a great hotel to stay st with kids.
The hotel was upgraded about 2 years ago but I have been staying here for 7 years. The staff are courteous and efficient. The location is excellent for my needs. The rooms are suites and spacious. There is a nice complementary breakfast buffet as well.
