Everything was fine. Only one complaint which is very concerning... there was no mat on the shower and it was very slippery. I almost fell a couple ot times. I ended up standing over the drain . I wouldn't even let my wife get a shower. We are planning on spending a night there next Monday on our way home. I hope this taking care of by then. Our room # 219 .

The property as a whole is mot maintained. Pool room floor looked like it had never been cleaned. The room had mold and furniture that was falling apart. The bed slept horribly. Could walk when I got up. The covers wouldn’t stay on the beds and the dust ruffle was visibly soiled. More could be said. This hotel was disappointing .

Heater made noise each time it came on in our room and room couldn’t seem to hold the temperature- ranged from 65-69. No breakfast available at 8:30 am Monday morning-was all gone (eggs and sausage) and counters were pretty dirty from other guests. This has always been my favorite place to stay each month I come to Virginia but things seem to be slipping. The coffee is almost water and has been this way for months.

The available breakfast items were good but there was no orange juice available. The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no plunger available in the bathroom. Toilet clogged easily. When I called the front desk all they did was offer me a plunger which I had to go get and take care of the clog myself. Apparently there was no maintenance man. Staff was pretty quiet. Not very talkative. Not rude, just not engaging.

Yes the breakfast was good, the hotel was clean but the bed was older, toilet too low, no handbags in the shower and the curtain doesn't stay in place. Also tub is slippery to step into and out of. The train coming through was loud and shakes the whole building. You really need to tell people about the train! Staff was nice but our 2nd floor reaked of pot! Either smoking of it or vaping, not sure which!

The breakfast was quite good- eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries and cereal. The room was clean but needed updating. The bathroom had several dangerous loose tiles on the floor and I was in an accessible room so I found that even stranger.
