You get what you pay for, I guess. The hallways were unclean. In my room, the base boards were peeling off the wall, the AC unit was filthy, the toilet seat was broken and covered in dirt, the toilet was filthy. There was a dead bug in the refrigerator. After going to my room, I requested the toilet and bathroom be cleaned. That never happened. There was no housekeeping of the room during my two day stay. This hotel is in Ruther Glen, VA in a wide open area, yet they charged me for parking as if I were in a city setting. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced!!

The room was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. The shower tub was slippery and could cause challenges when getting out. It took about 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk for check-in and the exterior is extremely run down with construction everywhere. Interior hallways were a little musty.

Hotel is hidden way back a long drive in a wooded area. Arriving late at night, I did not feel safe, not even with my dog. The staff seemed annoyed to see that I had a dog with me, despite them being 'pet-friendly.' I would never stay here again.

Do not stay here. This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Booked 3 nights, left immediately after one. No hot water, stains on sheets and furniture, broken windows, broken doors, literally dirt footprints in hallway.

The key wouldn’t work. The room was beyond disgusting. There was a mouse trap in the room. The microwave was rusted into. Everything was stained with fluids. The smoke detector was broken. The door going into another room was blocked by a chair. The floors had hair, dirt and stuff everywhere. The ceiling was covered in mold or decay, the bathroom tiles were falling off, the shower curtain rod was propped up. The sheets were stained. The lamps were broken. Just not fit for even a dog house. We paid and left without a refund.
