Nice Hotel

Greeted very politely when we arrived. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Very quick overnight stay. Would certainly stay here again if we are in the area.

Coffee was excellent, bed was comfortable and generally clean and well-kept, otherwise not a pleasant stay. Not adequately staffed to say the least. Lots of issues: TV didn’t work at all, changed rooms and subsequent had picture but sound issues. Water pressure really bad in shower and linens/towels inadequate for two. Did not find this place “exceptional” as advertised and barely good. Stark furnishings were weird . Will not be looking for this chain in future. ,

The property is clean and very close to the I-95. Staff was very friendly. Although it’s a pet-friendly hotel, it’s a $75 pet fee which is very excessive for a one night stay. In addition, Expedia’s email stated it was a $50 fee but I still got charged $75.

Don’t stay there!! Very noisy all night long.. Near a truckstop. Television did not work. AC did not work. Bed Linens did not smell fresh. They smelled like another person. I guarantee you they did not change them. At 8:00 in the morning both coffee pots were empty. Hilton has gone downhill!!

Everything was great...one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Upon check-in the tv in our room did not work so the gentleman working the front desk that evening worked with the tv and ended up moving us to another room across the hall. It was no inconvenience, and we were happy he was able to accommodate us! The best service we have ever received at a hotel.
