Property is under construction which was not mentioned in write-up. There was construction noise and debris everywhere. I had to be moved 3 times before I finally gave up and slept in the final room they offered. My first room had a toxic fume smell. Second room door to the outside did not lock Third room had many missing items and door was crocked on hinges so while it locked it felt unsafe. Many other issues too numerous to mention. Will not stay here again.

The staff is Always friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the process of renovation so it's all about organization and I think they are doing a good job!

Crappy hotel

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It was filthy. The room was actually cleaned with a leaf blower i saw the man do it. There was not even a garbage can in the room. No chair.. no water preasue..no soap dish in the shower..by far the worst hotel i ever stayed in and would not have stayed except i was exhausted.

Disgusting and has bed bugs!

Our experience was horrible! It started from time we got their! They didn't have the room we booked then our key card wouldn't work so we changed rooms! Then the rooms were disgusting, holes in wall, stuff all over walls and even a booger on the mattress! I woke up with bed bug bites all over my ankles too! The fridge also didn't work ugh. They even had a mattress laying out in parking lot! When we asked for a refund they refused and just said they have the rooms inspected and they don't have any bugs! Needless to say we left forfeited our money and stayed at Compfrt Inn which was amazing I might add!!!!!

If we knew that there was no crib (staff said they don’t do cribs anymore), that the whole family place was under construction ( our room was awful, beds were old mattresses, the faucet leaked all night. We asked for towels (there was four of us and they only gave one towel), the ceiling was cracked and sitting low, the dresser had a space for drawers but only one drawer was there). The room smelled awful and the floors were so dirty our feet were black (had to rewatch our feet and then keep shoes on until climbing into the bed!) this place should be condemned or at least closed while under construction (it didn’t feel safe to walk around! The floors were dipped and uneven). Would not recommend staying here. We stopped on our way from Florida to Ohio but regret it.
