Check in went great- the representatives were efficient and friendly. The hotel itself needs work, particularly in the housekeeping department. The sheets on both beds had rips in them, the pillowcases had small stains. Surfaces were dusty, smeared and/or had fingerprints. The sink did not have cold water - who wants to brush their teeth with warm water? Not most people. When we returned to the building after dinner last night, we saw a cockroach in the hall. So gross. We will not be back.
