The staff was so helpful and friendly, as were the folks in the attached restaurant. The woman managing the morning breakfast for our two mornings was helpful and friendly. Our room was so comfortable and nicely appointed. If there had been a night light in the bathroom, I would declare this hotel perfect for our nights on the road.

Decent affordable option for the Iron Blossom festival. Regular check in is at 3pm. Arrived Saturday at 12:30 to a virtually empty parking lot. Was informed by the front desk that they do not allow early check-ins until 2pm, and there would be a $40 fee for the extra 1 hour. She tried to explain that they do all of the turnovers starting at 11am (designated check out), not staggered as guests check out. Pretty silly policy and explanation. (Vacated rooms were being cleaned all morning before 11am when we checked out). Not as accomodating to arriving guests as most hotels attempt to be.
