Friendly and helpful staff. The renovations made the fitness room very difficult to access. Overall the price we paid per night seemed a bit expensive for what we received.

Service was poor. No towels in room. Hair dryer broke. When I called about replacement, it was never done.

The sofa bed sheets had not been changed in who knows how long, this was a suite set up for 4 people but only had two towels and that was it, I had to go to front office because no clean sheets or towels along with wash rags were ever delivered. I had to change the bedding after going to get the items after following an employee to the laundry room. I was told this Holiday Inn was switching next year to a Best Western so I assume they just don't care.

nothing - they first closed our reservation when our daughter who was staying in another room, ended her stay. We were very specific about us not leaving. When we returned after dinner, the room was not accessible. When we finally got inside, it was not made up. We called the desk and asked if someone can make it up, and was told that no one was there to do this. We asked if someone could bring up a clean sheet and other bedding, and had to eventually go down to the desk and get it. The next day after leaving for lunch and returning. the bed sheet was pulled and another sheet was left in the middle of the bed in a clump. I usually do not keep my own home in this manner, and felt that if we paid for the service, it shown be done. There was constant paint smell on the property and looked like only one person worked there doing everything. The picture on this site is so misleading.

Upon entering the lobby, there was a strong smell of urine… The concierge was very unprofessional and looked disheveled. The hallways also smelled of urine on the first floor. The hallway nor the elevator were not air-conditioned. When I returned to the lobby, there were 4 men in maintenance outfits lounging in the chairs....they were talking but as I walked passed they all went silent and stared at me. No greeting no nothing. It was very awkward. I would have went to another hotel, but already paid for this one upfront… This was my first time staying at a holiday inn, and it will be my last

Horrible experience I will never return. Please don’t book this place

Receptionist was nice but slow. Attire was not very professional (beanie hat, unbuttoned sleeves, contrasting blue undershirt, tent pole belt). Not notified of breakfast (not sure there even was any) which is wierd for a Holiday Inn. No mention of facilities or their hours. Hotel was not booked solid yet ended up with a handicap room (great for a guest that needs it, but one that doesn't has a wide open shower with no bathtub- water everywhere and no chance to soak and relax.) Bus tour lead was loud baning on doors at 6am (not the hotel's fault, but it was so loud that they should've at least said something) If it were another hotel I'd say decent, but I've stayed at several Holiday Inns and this one wasn't even an express so I expected more since they usually have pretty high standards of customer service

Hotel was very clean! Price was very reasonable for the quality!

Terrible experience. was locked out of our room for three hours, the owners actually said they didn't care to help. Never go here.

Orbitz wouldn't even let me post my story of why not to stay here. Trust me, DO NOT. I travel for work every week, worst hotel experience I've ever had.

They had a biker party going on that we were not aware of. Our floor smelled like pot and we had to rush our kids to the room. The bathtub kept filling up with water and wouldn't drain and the toilet water kept running. The breakfast was awful. No food and no healthy choices or kid friendly. The kids eat toast. Just plain awful. I begged them for oatmeal. Waited 45 min then left with no food.

Hotel had outdated and insufficient air conditioning resulting in very hot hallways and common areas and rooms that were only cool directly near the air unit. Hotel room also smelled of tobacco smoke, despite it being a non-smoking facility. Customer service was terrible- from rude staff in hallways to management. Concerns were brought to manager's attention and he and the housekeeping supervisor proceeded to state that they thought the air was fine and did not smell smoke... Not a customer- service driven response. Lastly, the onsite restaurant was subpar. Despite there being only 5 patrons, our burgers took an hour to be served, were not at all like described in menu and the bar staff were loud and unprofessional. At breakfast, we waited an excessive amount of time to be seated because their was no hostess/server in the main area. The server finally seated is and said we needed to hurry to place the order because the cook has another job and needs to leave early. She then came back and said they were out of pancakes and we needed to hurry to order something else because he needed to leave right away for his other job.... ?!?

We walked into the lobby to see a manager behind the desk speaking with 2 employees who were clearly done with their shift and heading home. They were having casual conversation and gossiping, and did not stop to greet as us as we entered. Even after we sat our heavy bags down and approached the desk even more they did not acknowledge us. After they were done with their conversation the manager spent about 15 minutes getting us our room keys. While we waited I asked for a few Bandaids and explained I had multiple blisters on my feet. We also asked the manager to confirm the room rate before giving him our credit card information. He said he didn't know what it was and continued doing god knows what. He finally gave us our keys and said "have a good night," at which time I had to ask for bandaid(s) again! He went to the back and returned with a SINGLE bandaid. His entire demeanor was rude, inconsiderate, and dismissive. To top things off we got to our room and found out-dated interior and a bedside lamp that did not work. NEVER staying with a Holiday Inn again. We typically book with Marriott and always have a great experience.

fine hotel along the automobile route home from family thanksgiving trip from florida

This was a delightful place to stay during out trip from Florida to New Jersey... good breakfast as well

My experience with OK and I love it and I eventually was good and great and love

Front desk staff upon check in was great but upon check out the night auditor was in the back off. I had to ask hello 3 times load so he would come out. I checked out at 5:45 am. As I sat in the lobby and waited for my family to pick me up (15 min), the auditor went into the restaurant. The phone was ringing and two other people came to the desk and he was still in the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was horrible our waiter was great (Wayne).

Went into the hotel and didn't have a remote control for the television. Was told to get up and change the channel. Night desk guy argued with my husband over the phone about getting us a remote control for the television, then when he borrowed one from another vacant room, the back to the remote was missing so I had to hold my hand over the batteries to make sure they didn't fall out. We just checked out at 6am and went back home, money wasted.

Thank you for taking the time to offer some details on your recent stay with us. By all accounts, it appears that we did not deliver the clean, comfortable, superior quality room you've come to expect at an IHG property. Please accept our apologies for not meeting our own high standards. We'll work hard to address these specific concerns as we seek to build an improved and refined experience for all of our loyal guests in the future.
