Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other room have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " security system, nice appliances, & new 2022 washer/dryer .2023 microwave will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful / quiet. We strive to provide a nice home in a convenient/ location. Perfect spot to stay for the weekend.

We were in town for wedding weekend and this couldn’t have been a better location. So many great spots for coffee or lunch within just a few minutes. The house was just as described in the listing and was perfect accommodations for 3 adults and our toddler. I would recommend to anyone staying in Richmond!

The house, in addition to the number of bedrooms, has a lot of amenities and ample parking spaces. Great location for access to UofR, restaurants, and other attractions. The location is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. I highly recommend this home.

Good fit

This home was a very good fit for our needs. Very clean and easy to use. All appliances were functional and television access was simple and old-fashioned broadcast television. We are seniors and 9 of 10 times we have to login, create a login or worse, create a new account and pay for a new app to watch something that my partner is comfortable with. Kitchen was well supplied. Yard was very secure for a medium/large dog. Neighborhood was friendly and even eager to help…a rare thing. Good location, as we go all over this city when we are there to visit family, attend to medical appointments and hit our favorite bars and restaurants. All very good.

Wedding weekend stay

We rented Josh’s place as a centralized location for a wedding. The location could not have been more ideal- about 15-20 min from everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely to walk around for some exercise. We utilized the back porch area every evening to soak up the beautiful Richmond weather.

Cosy, Convenient House in Richmond
