I'm a platinum member and they didn't want to honor the late check out without a fee. They made me show them where it says I don't have to pay a fee. So they said it's okay, let's waive that rate this time. So I have to proved them. I shouldn't have to do this.

The heater wasn't working throughout the hotel, so they gave us the space heater, which felt ridiculous for such a "nice" hotel. The beds were extremely soft, no back support, had to sleep on the couch. The door to the bathroom wouldn't open all the way without scratching against the floor, which made noise every time someone went at night. In general, the hotel was fine but not at all what I was expecting given the strong reviews. The location was about the only thing I enjoyed.

Perfect location. Bed was comfy and bathroom and shower was spacious. Hotel is getting worn - sofa groans, noisy from elevators and thin walls, furnishings getting dated. Kitchen very sparsely equipped (one fork one spoon…). Staff was excellent and checkin and out was smooth.
