Great place to stay and centrally located.

Good location. Very thin uninsulated walls and ceilings, can hear everything going on around you in rooms. Tvs, people talking, and of course anyone walking in room above you or outside in hallway. Will not be staying at the property again because of just these reasons. If you want to relax with some quietness I would not use this hotel.

Overall nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Nice couch. Keurig was nice too!

The front desk was so accommodating during our stay! There was a lady that was so welcoming and anything we asked for she personally brought to us immediately. The hotel felt very clean. There were a few minor maintenance things that need to be fixed. The shower rod was not properly attached to wall and made it wear the curtain wouldn’t stay shut. Our door was hard to shut and open.

It was close to the ballfields and lots of places to eat.

For the location it was nice. The staff was friendly. It the room was clean. The carpet felt like it needed to be clean possibly even replaced.

Newly remodeled, very nice staff, nice work out room and indoor pool, but no hot tub. Great restaurant on site

We stopped hear for the night. The hotel is convenient to highway 67. The hotel is newly renovated and well maintained. Unfortunately the room we stayed in (208) was pretty noisy with HVAC-sounding rumblings turning on and off all night. It looked like we had large ducts running directly under our room, as we could see 3 large outputs to the outside of the building directly below our window. If we were not so tired after a long day on the road we would have asked to be moved. We may stay here again if needed, but will be very careful to reserve a room away from that area.

Nice clean place to stay and had several things to pick from for breakfast

Great hospitality...Southern style. Clean room, responsive staff, easy access location, positive experience.

Great, clean, hotel. Will be back if something is going on in town for sure

Just what I needed for my business travel. Clean room and friendly staff.

good staff.. very quiet... would stay again.. thanks

Very nice place. My only complaint is the layout and parking. Elevators are in the middle of building. Parking right out front is llimited. (Maybe because locals patronize the restaurant.) You almost have to use the front entrance because if you go in either one of the side entrances your only option is to climb a flight of steps to the second floor if you want to use the elevator to get to the 3rd or 4th floor. Very inconvenient for old folks. You either have to walk a long way to the elevatorin the lobby or climb the steps from the side.

Everything was really nice from the friendliness of the staff to cleanliness of the room. Have to sign up to their reward program to get a free breakfast and it's ok with a very limited choice and the hot tub in the pool area was at best kinda warm, other than that it was great.

Total experience was nearly perfect. Room was well prepared, clean, and everything I wanted to use in it functioned well. Free-ish breakfast vouchers available for non-Priority Club members if you ask. Voucher good for some selections from breakfast menu at restaurant in hotel. Milk or juice NOT included. Restaurant is Italian-themed for their main menu and used to be an independent business a couple of blocks away. I only ate breakfast there on this trip but it has been a special highlight of visiting P.B. in the past. Wireless Internet signal weak but usable in room and does require a sign-in using info in the room. Wired connection allegedly available. (I didn't see any jacks with my own eyes) Pool a bit crowded when little kids are jumping in from all over (kids and parents ignoring posted guidelines). Fitness center had better and more varied equipment than many I've seen, but I think the treadmill needed some maintenance. I mentioned this to them when I was last here, at least a year ago. Towels were in short supply in the pool area and the exercise room by the time I used them in late evening. The water bottle in the nice dispenser in the exercise room was empty every time I was in there, Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening and Sunday morning. I didn't mention it, don't they check?

Staff was warm and friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was clean and everything expected was met. Our two night stay was enjoyable and I would stay there again. Betty

The hotel was clean and exactly as expected, nothing fancy. The hotel staff was frieldly although I only interacted wiht front desk on a limited basis.

Thank you for your feedback and I do genuinely apologize for the inconveniences that you were caused. We pride ourselves in providing a Great Hotel that Guests Love and we missed the mark this time! We had a very busy weekend with a lot of children in the hotel. I hope you change your mind and give us a second chance.
