This place should not be allowed to operate in this condition. Smells and looks disgusting, construction zone inside in all areas (yes it’s visible from everywhere ), no amenities operational, no words to describe how bad it is. We booked to overnight on a long trip. Pictures looked nice and it was cheaper than other hotels (not by much not to look suspicious), close to the highway so we thought it would be fine for a night. No, it’s not! They offer only non refundable pay before you arrived because nobody will ever stay past entrance
This place has not changed in 30 years so it is very outdated and a little banged up with some dents or bumps in walls and some old stains on the Carneys in hallways but it was very clean inside so is worth the stay.
Nice place. Having an indoor pool iin December is really nice. Staff was great and friendly and very accomodating. Room was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We didnt have a fridge at first but received it quickly when requested. Great location next to 80 on West Main st. Perkins tight across the street.
The indoor pool area and arcade were an interesting feature but the whole hotel smelled like a strong mixture of mildew and old smoke. The rooms have been "remodeled" but yet everything is stained and poorly maintained. Theres mold growing in the shower grout, the pillows and mattress were disgusting, they didnt have a fitted sheet for the bed and just used 2 top sheets, and old food was found in the drawers. We barely slept and felt disgusting by the time we left from the condition of the room.
