15000 gallon diving pool, no board. Mature landscaping around perimeter gives quiet privacy.
Safe quiet neighborhood with little traffic due to culdesac at each adjoining block.
Weekly pool and lawn service. Very near Old Town Scottsdale, shopping dinning, Fashion Square Mall, and Talking Stick Casino.
Park with fields, lake, biking and walking path 2 blocks away.
