I walked in and saw three cockroaches right away. I had to wipe everything down twice before I felt safe to even put any of my belongings anywhere

Non smoking room was smoked in and bad like the floor was dirty has roaches that happened to follow me to my new place. The hotel in general was very unclean broken windows,doors pool was green trash allover police xame maybe 4 times during my visit.

I didn't like anything about this property that's surrounding the people that was there the room itself e amenities which there are none the pool yeah right nasty trashy there's a stench of odor in the room I definitely do not vibe with creepy crawlers such as roaches that we seen two of them one in the bathroom which terrified my daughter and the other one in the area where the bed is along with the fact that there is no remote control and we had to go to the office and get the remote control with the receptionist / manager Tracy had to get out of the drawer is just beyond repair this place should be shut down and for fully renovated.

Alot of druggies and homeless people wandering around at night. Its in an unsafe area. The man working thr front desk is just flat out rude.

I think they should have a microwave and fridge in every room. But since i been staying they have slowly improved there rooms, remodeled. I think the cleaniless also has to do with the people staying. We should keep it clean and not leave a mess for the maids.

The wall socket was hanging out of the wall by its cords, there was unflushed matter in the toilet, my ceiling caved in and leaked so bad i had to change rooms, my sheets had clearly not been changed as there was blood on the pillow case and a freshly unwashed soda spill on the 1 unfitted, untucked sheet in there. The curtain hangers were broken and my door didnt lock properly

Nothing there was i liked the rooms were broken down and damaged and roaches. That place needs to be shut down. Some rooms have no phones and marking of upside down crosses.

They gave me fleas or bed bugs and would not issue and refund

I have paid this price and gotten nicer hotels. The price is no excuse for BUGS!! The bathroom had tiny roaches. the vanity light was so dim you could not even tell it was on. the carpets were disgusting and there were roaches in the mini fridge. I did not even sleep under the covers. The bed was comfy so i will give them that.

Very dirty and it was filled with drug addicts and hookers
