Great breakfast, good pool. 2 things is the look of the elevators look old and outdated, bathroom had a burnt out light bulb, there was something green at bottom of bathtub, the bathroom door was dirty too. Tv selection was a bit limited and hard to control.
Spoke with a female Friday morning about my upcoming stay. She was very condescending, spoke over me, lectured me, then said the hotel would not accommodate my stay. TERRIBLE
Seemed a little long in the tooth. But, good value for a Hampton.

Hotel is tired and out-dated. Felt dirty. Was glad to leave. Won’t stay there again. Other updated, clean hotels in same price range that are out there.
I didn’t like that the tv didn’t work when we checked in, but they put us in another room immediately and made up for it.
I enjoyed the hotel and it location is close to shopping for my wife I enjoyed the breakfast and I thought the staff was very helpful and the offer of water and or soda was a nice touch
Greeted warmly, continually asked if they could do anything more for us, all staff were friendly and helpful, even though the hotel was very busy due to a large number of softball teams present, the complimentary breakfast was very well handled and overall, we were very pleased. Sending us home with a couple of bottles of cold water was a nice touch. Thank you.
The Hampton Inn Peoria East is an easily accessible, clean, friendly hotel with very comfortable rooms. This was our first stay at this location. We usually stay at another hotel in East Peoria. This visit occurred during a Bradley University event weekend, so our "first" option was booked quickly and was unavailable. Knowing and trusting Hampton Hotels, this was our obvious second choice. I'm actually glad the other hotel was unavailable as it forced us to try the Hampton Inn Peoria East. This may now be our first choice when visiting the area. The hotel is within walking distance of the Para-Dice casino. But, is nested in a cul-de-sac far enough away from the activity of the casino to allow for a quiet and peaceful retreat. There was a large group of traveling volleyball players at the hotel during our visit. Kudos to the Hampton - they either booked most of the team/s on the first floor by accident or by intent. Either way, while the players were well behaved, it was nice to have the upper floors to ourselves. We will definitely visit this hotel again. An unexpected pleasure, a gem of a hotel.
We have long chosen Hampton Inns when our family travels, however, the Hampton Inn in East Peoria, IL, exceeded the norm. High marks on room quality and cleanliness, but the extra items added to the complimentary breakfast were great. The best aspect of our visit to this Hampton Inn was the helpful and friendly hotel staff who really made our stay!
The hotel is old inside, no refrigerator or microwave in room. The beds and pillows were great. Room had old smell in it, thought it had been smoked in.
I didn't have much expectation thinking that this will be another just decent hotel However, I was wrong. Service was exceptional and they were very personal. It was one of the best Hamption Inns I have stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel to those who plan to stay in Peoria.
My best friend who lives in Iowa and I (live in southern Illinois ) wanted to meet 1/2 way to get together on 7/4/15. We were having a hard time deciding where so we decided Peoria area. Being good a holiday weekend I was having a problem finding available room. I finally settled on Hampton Inn Peoria -East Riverfront. I must say my husband and I used to travel a lot and I can honestly say I have NEVER had such wonderful service. From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel like we were very important people and the hotel was full! No matter what the price, I would definitely stay again! Worth every single penny!

Clean, comfortable, great finishing. Plush beddings. Good value. On the morning of my checkout the toilet bowl was stuck and clogged. Staff was apologetic. Won't count this against my overall experience.
Very friendly staff, comfortable beds. The only thing I did not like was that the window blinds were difficult to operate!
