Honest opinion here. Positives: nice staff, location and amenities like fire pit, little lake area. First floor easy for dogs to go out and potty so that was nice. Nice breakfast, coffee soso. Negatives: Needs updating, ice cold pool but it is November, we think the giant bug we had in bathroom was a cockroach, pest control was there spraying the day before, floor was sticky and dirty. No dedicated dog relief area with nice grass they kept getting burs in their paws. Would we stay again probably not but is good if you travel with dogs. They are very dog friendly which is hard to find.

Very cute adequate hotel. Nice staff, clean. Great location except for the VERY loud outside bar establishment on the east side of hotel..... Bring ear plugs in case you have a room on that side.... Noise goes on past one o'clock for sure.

The property was probably built in the 60’s, and does not appear to have ever been updated. The photos of the property were very misleading. The pool and beach area on the bay were not nice. The drain in the shower was backing up, and it took 2 flushes of the commode for a full flush. Bedroom floor filthy, and window unit air conditioners badly rusted over entire facility.. Paint on breezeway floors chipping, and rust everywhere. I did not feel comfortable using the ice machine as it was so rusted. The coffee in the continental breakfast area was luke warm at best. Had to heat in microwave in the room. Soaps in the containers on wall on the sink and shower were empty. The TV was an RCA. When was the last time RCA made a TV? Bad picture and sound. Fortunately spent most of my time away from the facility. Would not recommend, and I feel I was misled. Did not see parking fees when I reserved.

Staff is excellent year after year. The room had some kind of air filter system that was really dirty and gross. Pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. Take your own pillows! Bathroom door needed paint badly. Overall still a good place to stay. They charge $10.00 per day to park in addition to the price of your room. I dont agree with that.

This Motel is located on the main strip so there is lots to do. However, the rooms are located on the outside like a Motel and they are unimpressive.

The staff was friendly and let me check in early since my room was ready. But the room was something to be desired. The bed was not comfortable, dirty hand prints in the bathroom, the AC couldn’t be changed or it wouldn’t work and I had to go down immediately after getting the keys from the desk because they wouldn’t open my room. It’s in a great location near the beach and has a cute pool and sand lot area with a fire pit, but the rooms not so much.
