Liked the free use of kayaks and bicycles. Did not like that we were put in a room that was already taken. Walked in on other people. Last King size room on the ground floor which I had paid extra for - was put in a double queen and told I would my payment would be adjusted. It was not. We stay here frequently but will reconsider next time we go to Pensacola.
Great location near restaurants, shops, & beach. Friendly staff. Cute hotel with good complimentary breakfast. Loose toilet seat & a/c struggled the second day but all in all a good stay!

It was a great value. Not too expensive but had a great location close to the beach. Free paddle boards, and bikes. Verry nice facility.
The pool area was very nice.
I had good experience being that was my beach trip. The sand is just a Lil bit much than expected
Near the water, close to bridge crossing over to Santa Rosa Island, multiple restaurants.
The room was filthy! Rust every where in the bathroom, cracks in the walls, hair in shower before ever using it, etc !!

The property relatively clean but dated - seamed like an old Holiday Inn; we had "clean" towels that were dirty right from the laundry. The hot breakfasts were about average. The location was great for the Blue Angles show. Staff was friendly.
Great location. Easy walking to all the attractions and restaurants. Main complaint is there was a lot of noise at night.
