Este gran condominio de dos habitaciones con estudio es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares si te encantan las vistas y el espacio. Con 1372 pies cuadrados de espacio interior y un balcón de 160 pies cuadrados, toda la familia podrá extenderse.
La cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar miran hacia el Golfo de México con ventanas de piso a techo. El dormitorio principal también tiene ventanas de piso a techo, acceso al balcón, una cama king-size y un gran baño en suite con bañera, ducha grande separada, dos tocadores y un inodoro privado.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y acceso directo al segundo baño. El estudio tiene una litera doble con un sofá cama. El sofá en la sala también se convierte en una cama que permite que el condominio duerma 8 invitados.

Incredible location and view

This place is all about the location, view and condominium amenities. The walk to the beach is so convenient and the view is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub on property, which was just the right temperature. As for the condo, the king bed is hard and noisy if you turnover. The kitchen doesn’t have many extras. I wish I would have remembered to bring toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, spices and some of the basics. The extra room with the couch was perfect for our pack and play and great for the baby. The host was super responsive.

Celebration of Life

Condo was beautiful, staff/property manager was great! Linens were very rough and not very comfortable. Couch beds were not comfortable and I would recommend a new mattress for them. I would also recommend starter packs of dish soap for the kitchen, tissues, and mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Maybe teaming up with some locals that make soap and things and have them available. Helping small businesses all while helping your visitors.

Pensacola beach stay

Great communication with property manager! View was great of the gulf! Perfect 1.5 mile walk to the pier on land. Hot tub was nice bonus! We had 2 grown kids fold out couch in third room worked for us, but some might need more space.

The condo was amazing. Very well equipped. The only disappointing thing was the pool was not heated and was too cold to use. Also the spa/ hot tub was not clean and there was scum all around it. For that reason we would not return. A heated pool is very important when yraveling with small children

Red, white, and blues week 2024

Property was just as described. Very easy check in process! Sam even let us check in an hour early, thankfully it was available. Rooms were the perfect size. The living and dining made it very easy for the entire family to congregate and enjoy. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking a breeze. Do remember to buy essential. like soap, paper towel, toilet paper. That is all listed in the description so we planned accordingly. Master bed was comparable to a Hampton inn type bed. Totally fine for us. Towels were comparable to super 8, again totally fine for us. Trolley stop out front and gopher cart taxi was a great way to get to the boardwalk. Great condo and would stay again! Thank you!

What an amazing property !

My husband and I take our two toddlers to the beach often. Pensacola is by far, our favorite. This trip, we decided to invite the grandparents who are partial to Destin. They now love Pensacola! When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by staff and asked if we had any questions or help. Staff was friendly and parking was easy and accessible! No wait at the elevators like most beach condos. The room was clean, sheets clean, reasonable check out instructions, up to date appliances. The master bathroom is clean, open and the vanity space was amazing. Beach access is directly across the street, you can walk to peg leg Pete’s next door for a quick bite to eat or the gas station for quick things you might have forgotten! The pool on the property was large (3-5ft, perfect for the littles and their floats) and it is fenced in for safety. They loved the sprinkler in the pool. The balcony faces the beach and the back parking lot/front door opens to the bay. Near check out, we had cookies left and a thank you card. Very thoughtful. I will definitely consider this condo in the future. Master bed is a king, guest room up front is a queen with a full bath. The third room is very small almost like an office space but has a pull couch. The space was perfect for the boys pack and plays. Great area for kids and has a tv.

Fantastic Stay in Pensacola Beach

We originally booked a stay at another condo in Pensacola, but our reservation was cancelled due to broken AC. And I am so glad that it was cancelled. The condo was spacious, updated and clean-perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 small children. The views were incredible. Management was responsive to any questions and went above and beyond by readily mailing forgotten items to us post-stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleased and disappointed

Listing says 3 bedroom but was really 2 bedroom with a tiny room with fold out. I wanted third bedroom. Disappointed with that. Also two of the chairs on deck were not functional….. webbing was broken and you couldn’t sit it in them. The condo was nice with these exceptions. The check in was awesome….personal attention!

Outstanding

Never traveled to Pensacola Beach, Florida we had no idea what to expect as it was unknown territory for us. When we arrived we had a fantastic reception from the property manager providing us with all the information needed to enjoy our stay. As we hopped on the elevator to the 10th floor we proceed up and right off the elevator the condominium is right there making for easy access. We unlock the door and boom the view hits you, it’s like nothing you would expect. The view was fantastic and the condo was amazing. As we are chilling relaxing from our travel out of the blue the Blue Angels buzz by it was absolutely amazing. Now our trip was the week of The Blues coming home which allowed us to get our own front row view of The Blue Angels practicing. If you are looking for a place that will exceed expectations then The Emerald Dolphin is your place.

Family getaway

The property was fabulous. The unit was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. It’s steps away from the ocean. The den was able to sleep my 4 and 6 year old comfortably. Downside was that you need to bring a lot of your own things (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, etc). For our stay, there was no dish soap provided, there was no washcloth for the kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel was provided. Despite this, we would happily stay here again.

That view though! <3

That view 100000% !! Our 3 bedroom condo was amazing! Furniture, kitchen and decor had all the comforts and needs of home & the in-unit washer/dryer were very handy! The A/C was great and the kids said all the TV’s had plenty options ((but I wouldn’t know ~ I was on the balcony enjoying the ocean view the whole time))!!! Location! One mile from the “Pensacola Beach Ball,” access to the beach was easy as it gets, pool and hot tub wonderful, parking lot, elevators and grounds all great, convenience store & Peg Leg Pete’s right next door both a plus, and the Trolley stops right out front too! Area is beautiful, felt very safe, other renters and owners around were nice and helpful. Surfside Properties was easy to book with and kind to deal with. They personally reach out to renters ((I loved the personal touch and they didn’t bother us at all, only supplied a friendly face to make sure we were happy with everything & let us know they were only a phone call away if needed)). **Then ugh, after checkout, loading Jeep and reluctantly ready to head back to Texas… I realized I locked my purse in the condo, yikes! They responded and had me helped quicker than the elevator could get me to the 10th floor, and that was above and beyond in my opinion! So overall, we could not have asked for a better rental experience with Surfside Properties or better vacation relaxation in this unit! Did I mention that BEAUTIFUL ocean view!!!!!

Beautiful View

We loved this condo with the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoyed many meals outside. We very much appreciated the personal service from Surfside Properties. It was nice having someone meet us at the condo upon check-in and show us around and answer any questions. Surfside was very responsive when some maintenance issues arose. Also appreciated the heads up beforehand that the swimming pool would be having some work done. Excellent communication before and during our stay. Condo is very comfortable with nice furnishings and was spotless. We were very sad to leave after a great 16 night stay. Thank you.

Amazing Condo

My mom and I stayed in the condo for 5 days during a girls trip. The views are AMAZING. The condo was very clean and we loved the fireplace (we stayed in October so it was nice in the evenings ). There are no curtains- which did not bother us- but would be the only negative. Surfside Properties were very helpful and made the process easy. Highly recommend.
