Booked this property but got a different one!

Beware when booking this property. One week before my vacation I found out that I was assigned a completely different unit. The bedrooms are totally different to what is shown on this listing. The other unit even has its own listing under a completely different property ID and they are not at all the same. Despite having a confirmation of booking this property, neither VRBO, HomeAway nor Wyndham could do anything to get me the unit that I had booked. Three people in my party had to sleep on the floor as a result. VRBO customer service was completely unhelpful. Wyndham customer service at least tried to help me by providing some Aero beds, but that only goes so far when you've paid $5K and got a different property. I'm extremely unhappy and never booking through VRBO ever again.

Pésimo. Jamás tuvimos respuesta de la gente que trabaja ahí. Nunca nos respondieron a ninguna de nuestras necesidades. Agua caliente en uno de los Baños nunca hubo así que utilizamos todos los días un baño para 8 personas. Jamás vinieron a sacar la basura del bote principal el cual nosotros bajábamos la basura hacia ese que se encontraba en el garage. Y así como estos ejemplos podría contar innumerables problemas. Por supuesto JAMÁS volveremos a estar ahí. Que lastima que traten de esa forma a unos clientes y huéspedes.
