Place was sketchy. Did not feel safe parking in back so we had to walk upstairs and then around to back. Front desk staff didn't want to hear about me getting wrong room accommodations. I was just told I was wrong about booking and then she ignored me when I tried to show her my phone. Room was disgusting. There was a dirty towel hanging in bathroom from previous occupants. Blood stains on the bed skirt. Bed was dirty on top like someone had set something dirty on the end. Floor was dirty. Clearly not swept or vacuumed. Bathroom had pubic hair and grime in floor corners. Bathtub was not clean. Shower curtain had mold on bottom. Totally disgusting. Never staying here again!

Manuel I think was his name he was amazing was patient with me when I had my 11 month old in my arms very welcoming, now the room look amazing but as a housekeeper myself they missed a few things but overall the room looked nice

I didn't stay for the breakfast, front desk was fast and friendly, I have not been to this area in the past but it seemed quiet and decent for a quick overnight. I think better lighting around the property would help with feeling safe. No complaints though.

Unlike a lot of reviews i had no issues with bedbugs. The room was exactly what i needed for a few nights while I went to warped tour. I wish there had been more of a variety of food and juices for breakfast though. Also thanks to booking thru expedia it made booking and oaying for the trio quick.

Terrible experience! The bathroom didn't work at all - water was coming out of the toilet. The staff did absolutely nothing to fix it, and everyone was extremely rude. I would never stay here again.
