The condo was situated close to everything and has a great location for convenience. The resort was great to have a pool to enjoy when not visiting other things. Parking and access to the unit was easy and gave good instructions.

Just what we needed

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this unit served us well. We only needed two of the three bedrooms for sleeping - the third is separated from the rest of the unit by curtains but the other two have connected full baths, which was perfect. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked (we tried to eat in a couple meals a day) though it would have been nice to have a few bigger plastic glasses for the pool. The location was perfect - about 1/2 mile walk to the convention center and less than that to Half Barrel Beer Project, which is a great place to relax with a beverage and quick snack. Only other comments:- if you want coffee you need to pick up filters as there weren’t any supplied with the unit. They are smaller (3”) filters.- we needed to get more laundry pods since we had to do more wash due to the tournament. We didn’t ask the property manager for any additional items, but did have some questions and they were quick to respond. Overall a great place.

Volleyball tournament

My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the convention center. This was a great location for that event. The condo at Vista Cay was everything we needed. The only issue was the bed- the bed in the primary room was

Great Complex

Unit was great. It had everything we needed I just would have loved for the bed to have a mattress pad but that is such a small thing. Unit was so bright a spacious it was the perfect fit for all three generations.

Très beau séjour

L'endroit est calme et sécuritaire.Tout était fonctionnel à l'intérieur du condo. Le seul soucis que nous avons eu, c'est un manque de papier hygiénnique. Un seul est fourni pour chacune des salles de bain pour tout le séjour. Nous devions marcher environ 20 minutes pour se rendre à pied au marché d'alimentation PUBLIX.Avec le taxi UBER, nous avions facilement accès aux endroits que nous voulions visiter. Il n'y a pas de services de navettes pour les parc thématiques de Walt Disney.

Conference stay

Property was great location for a conference at the occc. Communication with the host was always helpful and prompt. Our only fault with the apartment was the state of the carpets but maybe that is to be expected. Tiles throughout would have made our stay perfect

From Oregon to COGOP Assembly

We Reserved This condo for 5 days, as we attended our Church Assembly held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center A couple of streets away. Did not know what to expect since we traveled from the Beautiful State of Oregon (across the country) Thanks to the great communication with Host We were able to plan ahead to have everything we needed for our 5 days stay. They even provided extra linen and towels. House was Clean well stocked Kitchen, Comfy beds and overall beautiful. There was plenty of parking, Great Pool and amenities, loved our night walks around complex felt safe. Lord willing will be back for next Assembly

Nice place with lots of space

For the most part, this place was very nice. Very spacious for our family of 5 with plenty of sleeping space and privacy for our teen. Clean and convenient to Universal which was the purpose of our trip. The only thing we didn’t care for was that there were no mattress protectors or covers on the mattresses which is a personal preference for us. Also, we knew there was a coffee maker but we didn’t know we needed to bring our own coffee filters and we ended up needing way more paper products for our family than what was provided. Other than those very minor things we really enjoyed our stay!

Very Nice Condo for convention center or parks

I've stayed at Vista Cay several times for trade shows at the convention center and Park visits with family. This condo was exceptionally nice with 3 BR on one floor. no stairs to climb! It was clean, very convenient location, and comfortable. Publix next door and good restaurants very close by. I absolutely recommend staying here and will book again on my next Orlando area visit.

Great family condo!

We had a fantastic stay at this Vista Cay condo. It was clean and the property amenities are wonderful - amazing pool! The only negative was that the front door banged loudly every time someone went out the main building doors. It sounded like someone was trying to get in. If that door can get fixed, this is literally the perfect vacation stay!

Nice Place - Great Location

Nice Place. Only item that needed attention was the refrigerator. The panel on the freezer was loose and the ice maker was not hooked up. Great location for us going to the PGA Show at the Convention center.

Week trip

Property was nice. Location was great. Easy to drive to universal. I wouldn’t say the kitchen is fully furnished. It has the basic utensils. A roll of paper towels and one roll of tp per bathroom. We ended up buying some and also had to buy trash bags as there was only two given for the week. Also bought salt,pepper and coffee filters along with the rest of what we needed for the week. Had to wash most of the cups before we could use them as they were all greasy. Also had to wash both the frying pans because they were not clean. Covered in grease. I can only assume that whoever used the dishwasher ran out of pods as they only give two of them also. We did buy some. As far as the actual condo, it was very nice and cozy. The pool was awesome and the staff very friendly.
