The lobby and pool area was nice. The room was a little gross especially the wall area around the window. The bed was really comfortable. There was only 1 bottle of water in the room and no regular coffee, just 1 decaf. I also called and requested a wake-up call for 3:15am and never got the call but my phone alarm worked so I didn’t oversleep.

We got there early from the cruise ship and our room was ready at 9am. Spacious clean room, comfy bed. Nice lounge and the lady bartender served us an early dinner at Malabar and was extremely kind and helpful. Food was great.

Clean room and friendly staff. However, it took 2 hrs for the airport shuttle to pick us up. We arrived at 11:30 , the shuttle didn’t get us until around 1:30.

The property was close to the airport and provided a shuttle. Check in was a breeze and staff was friendly. The Libby was large and welcoming. The only reason didn’t give it 5 star ⭐️ is because the rooms were a little outdated, however beds were comfortable and the room was clean!
