Good for pre airport travel
The property itself is a little older and it looks like it’s had some small renovations. (painting, carpets, etc…) There were a few issues, but I’m giving five stars because everyone was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend and stay again if I’m in Orlando the future.
Check-in was painless and staff were all attentive and friendly. Amenities were good. Room was noisy due to air-conditioner. Carpeting is in need of replacement due to areas of water damage staining and ground-in dirt and gives the appearance of a tired hotel that doesn't live up to the expected standards of a Renaissance hotel.

Clean and friendly
After having to leave a nearby hotel because it was so unsanitary, we upgraded to the Renaissance. I walked in the lobby and right away it was pleasing. Clean, smells nice, hot tub was hot, really nice gym, etc. my flight got cancelled so I’m booking another night here. I hope I get reimbursed but if I don’t I’d rather just spend the $ to stay in this hotel because it is a guaranteed comfortable stay
Didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. The rooms are dated. Needs to be be updated. No fan in bathroom.

Check in was simple, hotel lobby was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a king room with a sofa i enjoyed it very much. Fixtures in the bathroom was molded and the ceiling was looking damaged around the lights. No vents in bathroom to circulate air. But it could of only been my room.

The place was very nice! Great location. Only two complaints. Do not use the water from the bathroom sink to brush or to use in coffee pot. It always came out white and never cleared up. And last the breakfast was horrible. Not worth $15 for. The grits came out of a pot that had been burned. So they looked good but you could smell and taste the burnt flavor.
