I was pretty shocked to go into my room and see things so run down and old. There was tears in the furniture, leaks in the faucets, and more. It left me feeling not as comfortable as I would have been had the room been taken care of.

This is the 3rd, and last time, I will ever give this Red Lion Hotel in Anaheim another chance. Most recently a few days ago, I waited in line over 35 minutes to check in only to be told that they had a "glitch" in their system and they overbooked their rooms by 70 people. They proceeded to try and put the blame on Orbitz, however, the Manager Mayra, failed to contact the CORRECT website on my behalf and I was never told anything about my reservation being cancelled until my fiancé and I were there celebrating our Anniversary. Every time I've had an issue with their hotel, their rude staff and incompetent Management always failed to make things right and this experience was no different. Almost 2 hours later, Orbitz picked up their shortcomings by booking me into a new hotel and covering the extra $150 cost of switching last second. Our new hotel across the street let us know that this "glitch" overbooking people isn't a glitch at all as it's happened 4x in the last 2 months that the OTHER hotel knew about, so this issue was no surprise to neighboring hotels. What a joke. Save yourself the time and pay an extra $20 to stay at another other wonderful neighboring hotels.

Took an ice cold shower. Went to call the front desk to let them know about the hot water problems phone didn’t work. Walked to the desk and told an employee about it. He thanked me. ptac air conditioner was extremely loud and couldn’t be used overnight due to the noise. Overall not horrible but with all the options in the Disney area I would look elsewhere before staying here again.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Anaheim Red Lion and I’m not sure if we’re going to stay here next time. Several things that I noticed about the hotel this time around was how loud the AC unit is in our room and how you could smell exhaust fumes when we ran the AC. The pool and the surrounding area had a large amount of dead bees everywhere and the front desk staff did not seem to like their job when we checked in/out. For what we paid, especially after the daily resort and parking fees were added to our stay; im sure we can find other hotels that are nicer and comparable in price.

We had a great experience. We got in early and could check in 4 hours early for $25. Room was tight with a pack n play but no complaints as it was three blocks from a Disney. Wish it had complimentary breakfast but you can’t heat the proximity or price.

Great for a quick trip down, food choices nearby, short distance from Disneyland

Fast check in and check out. Walking distance from Disneyland.

It’s a decent place to stay at. The staff was friendly. The condition of the Hotel is fair. Need some updates.

Decent place. Right next to the Disneyland Toy Story parking lot. Just walked there and took the shuttle to the front gates.

Buena ubicación. A veces el personal del lobby no es muy atento

I only stayed there overnight, good thing is that it is very close to disney. Safe area, close to iHOP. Parking was 12$ pr night which is probably one of the cheaper rates compared to 15-18$ in other hotels(ie Hilton). Hotel might look nice from the outside including the reception however the rooms are pretty old. Bathroom was clean, shower was horrible. The hotel receptionist(think her name Starts with an A - She was clearly not happy with her job(could have been a bad day) but was not really interested in answering my questions. Seemed rushed. I was handed a parking pass that wouldn't work first time i exit(they told me I will have to call them and they would buzz me out) but it should work when i re-enter. I did not and I called them via intercom - the man said Next time come get a new pass as we can't keep buzzing you in. Checkout was fast and easy. Overall - I would recommend you staying here only if you have no other last minute options.

Clean hotel perfect for a few night stay, close enough to walk to Disneyland

Hotel is a little dated but clean. Rooms can get warm but air conditioner/fan is too noisy to leave on at night.

Great front desk staff, room was clean they did seem rushed to clean the room and the beds were not perfect each day but other then that I was happy

The hotel was safe and close to Disneyland which is what we needed. The room was rather old and when we got there our room had no safe door which was concerning... but the building operations man came up within 5 min of me asking for assistance and was very polite and kind. The staff at the front desk were somewhat rude when we were checking in and out and did not provide much information when I was asking about the breakdown of the $40/day fees. Overall the hotel was safe and the staff was generally professional and kind, we just wish that the room was a bit cleaner and things were a little better taken care of.

They're front dek staff really needs an overhaul not allowed to check in 20 minutes before 3pm and once 3pm cabe the line was out of the door. 1 staff member kept leaving after every guest leaving 1 member taking care of it all she did a great job

The staff is really nice and check-in/out was seamless!

Hotel was in a great location, close to Disney, but wasn’t that comfortable and a little pricey for the quality. A one night stay is good, but not any longer than that.

Bed was hard but close to Disneyland. We never spent much time in the hotel so it didn't matter.

hotel was nice and clean, wasn’t as close to the disney park as the hotel says. and upon checkout all these hidden fees popped up out of no where. will not stay again.
