This hotel was horrible, especially for $200. I have no idea how it got such a high rating. We were in tower 2 which was run down and dirty. Room was not clean, wallpaper coming off the walls, and I left with 2 bug bites on my face. Would never stay here again even if it were free.

The room was clean and tidy. I love the interior rooms and elevators. The staff was very nice and the maids did a fantastic job. It’s also very close proximity to be able to walk to the parks. Love that. And good dining is around here. Plus my wife like the convenience of walking right to the Walgreens. Great place. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Check-in experience was ok. The lady helping us wasn’t the friendliest. She never even offered me 1 of the free drinks or told us about Happy Hour in the lounge. Only 1 elevator was working. What a nightmare for all the guests coming and going we had to wait a very long time to leave.

Staff is very professional. If the owner of the hotel reads this, please spend money on fixing the showers. Second time in a row that the water doesn’t go down the drain. (Stayed here twice now) I had to turn the water off and on to get the water to go down. Great location and service. I just think the owner needs to get the shower drains checked. I know the staff and manager can only do so much with what they are given, but hopefully this reaches the right person.
