Hotel is a little dated but clean. Rooms can get warm but air conditioner/fan is too noisy to leave on at night.

Great front desk staff, room was clean they did seem rushed to clean the room and the beds were not perfect each day but other then that I was happy

The hotel was safe and close to Disneyland which is what we needed. The room was rather old and when we got there our room had no safe door which was concerning... but the building operations man came up within 5 min of me asking for assistance and was very polite and kind. The staff at the front desk were somewhat rude when we were checking in and out and did not provide much information when I was asking about the breakdown of the $40/day fees. Overall the hotel was safe and the staff was generally professional and kind, we just wish that the room was a bit cleaner and things were a little better taken care of.

They're front dek staff really needs an overhaul not allowed to check in 20 minutes before 3pm and once 3pm cabe the line was out of the door. 1 staff member kept leaving after every guest leaving 1 member taking care of it all she did a great job

The staff is really nice and check-in/out was seamless!

Hotel was in a great location, close to Disney, but wasn’t that comfortable and a little pricey for the quality. A one night stay is good, but not any longer than that.

Bed was hard but close to Disneyland. We never spent much time in the hotel so it didn't matter.

hotel was nice and clean, wasn’t as close to the disney park as the hotel says. and upon checkout all these hidden fees popped up out of no where. will not stay again.

The hotel was on a great location. Just a quick walk to Disneyland. The hotel is well kept, staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. My stay there was nice.

Nice Hotel and very good location.specially if someone wants to go to Disneyland.you can even buy the ticket for Disneyland inside the hotel.

Hotel is ok overall is walking distance to Disney room were nice and contrubel I have a bad experience in one of the lobi bathrooms walking in there and seeing a homeless taking a shower on the sink I felt really unsafe just to imagen one of my kids walking in there you never know the state of mind of some one like that. I ditint think much for the breakfast your almost need to give your SSN for a orange juice. I never have a experience like this not even on a third world country hotel that I visit from time to time

Boiler broke first night there, only knew when we got back to the room and tried to take showers. Not notified when issue was resolved. Rooms were not cleaned each morning. Front desk staff was polite, but not enough to make up for deficiencies. I would not return to this hotel.

I was told one price online and different price at hotel.

The hotel check in process was fast and easy the staff at the main counter was nice and helpful. The room was clean ac / heater works coffee maker mini refrigerator & microwave. The only problem myself and 3 other guest had was the lady who checked you in for breakfast she was harassing guest while they eat she was sick blowing her nose near the food . Other than that it was quite and I enjoyed my stay

Parking was confusing but the room was quiet. It was close to the park. The complimentary breakfast stopped early. The room was ok. The staff was nice.

Front desk staff was friendly, but staff coordination was less than desirable. Location was convenient.

The hotel was in a good location and looked great in photos. When checking in, the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, but unfortunately, pretty shoddy. This did not bother me so much, but the crazy loud vibrations from the air conditioner were hard to sleep through. Since there are no windows to open... circulation via air condition is very necessary. The bed was rough, and the pillows were roughly 1' x 1' x 2". Additionally, breakfast was in included with our stay... although we had to explain that and pull out or reservations that showed it every morning to explain this (3 in a row before we gave up). It was such an inconvenience to have to go through the whole thing every time we wanted to eat such a mediocre meal (the bacon was good... but not worth the $12 per person they tried to charge us) and get sour looks from the lady who guards the entrance. Overall, a good, clean, plash to crash but nothing to wow and don't go in on breakfast (ever).

We've stayed here 3 times this year and every time it gets worse. Will not ever stay here again.

great location. about 1 mile from disneyland entrance. or you can take a tram for $5 all day pass which is located right outside hotel.

Hotel staff was very friendly, but more is needed during peak check in/out times. Room was spacious, beds were clean but weren't the most comfortable, but we were so tired from Disneyland it really didn't matter much. Bathroom is in need of a major renovation/cleaning. ART pick up at front entrance of the hotel is a plus with a kiosk to buy tickets on site. Disneyland desk was awesome to purchase our tickets in advance! Lots of stores/restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a good hotel for the price and we will probably stay here again.
