Overall, I recommend this hotel. It felt safe and clean. I would stay here again in the future. Bed was comfortable after a long day at Disney. The walk is also not bad at all, roughly 15mins to where you are entering the Disney property (like off the street by the buses).

The room was clean and cozy, which made for a comfortable stay. However, there were several issues that brought the overall experience down. The bar was out of many basic ingredients, so drink options were very limited—mostly just shots. The grab-and-go snack and drink area was convenient, but prices were extremely high. Parking didn’t feel secure, and the pool area was honestly a bit concerning in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. One unusual feature was the use of a robot to deliver food; unfortunately, it ran into a small child, which is something a human staff member likely would have avoided. Service at the front desk could also use improvement. Staff prioritized phone calls over guests physically waiting at the counter, which felt frustrating. In-person guests should take priority, as callers can be placed on hold briefly. Overall, I’d rate this stay around 3 to 4 stars—some positives, but definitely room for improvement.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the Lulu. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was amazing! The hotel lobby was very attractive, leaning heavily into Disney as well as So Cal flavor. We did not try the breakfast, but the menu looked fantastic. The location... everything you could want was within walking distance. Multiple restaurants, Walgreens, CVS, boutique stores, and of course... Disneyland. We did upgrade our room for a fireworks view, but we were at the park while those were going off... still worth it. We plan on staying there when we visit again.
