The room was clean and tidy. I love the interior rooms and elevators. The staff was very nice and the maids did a fantastic job. It’s also very close proximity to be able to walk to the parks. Love that. And good dining is around here. Plus my wife like the convenience of walking right to the Walgreens. Great place. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Disney vacation

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. It is less than a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. There is a CVS and a Walgreens within 5 minutes from the hotel for snacks and medical items.

Elevator didnt work properly the entire stay, and I even got stuck with my toddlers. Very scary, had to lug everything with stroller, suitcases and kids down the stairwell. Room was supposed to be for 4, but was only set up for 2—short towels. Shower pressure was insanely strong it was painful to be under. Room 329. Also was not equipped with a nonslip mat for the tub, and my son slipped and hit his head in the shower.

I usually stay at this hotel but this time the light in restroom wasn’t working. Tv didn’t work at first. And 1 elevator was down. Gym was closed. But they did have an option to go across the street. I will probably stay again because it’s convenient

Upon check in the front desk did not offer a beverage also told me that the card was being charged 176 but didn’t explain why until asked (parking and accidentals) which is fine but I had to ask why. Once going to our rooms the elevator did not work we tried for like 20 minutes and every one was waiting for the one that did, my husband had to go up 3 flights of stairs with stroller and luggage because baby was fuzzy from long trip. I think this place is whatever and the only benefit it’s because it’s close to Disneyland. We will not be staying here again.

I stayed at Hotel Lulu BW Premier for a small conference held at the hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — many attractions are within walking distance, and others are just a quick 5‑minute drive away. It’s also super close to Disneyland. The staff was friendly, helpful, and everything went smoothly. The only minor issue was that one of the elevators was out of service, which caused a bit of waiting, but it wasn’t a big deal. One bonus for EV drivers: the hotel is very close to two different Tesla charging stations. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Lulu for both business and leisure stays.
