Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort

the price was good for room. Used room only to shower and sleep. We were in Disneyland during the day

Easy walk to the parks without having to deal with the mass of people crossing at the main crosswalk. Just cross at Manchester and cut through the bus & shuttle area.

A small place but ok. Spent the majority of it at the park so not bad for 3 night stay. It was quiet for the most part

Was OK for an inexpensive/close hotel. You for sure can't cut across parking lots as a shortcut, but it's a better walk to cross at Manchester anyway and the path to enter is a little sooner than the other crosswalk's path, so it equals out. One thing that was disappointing was that there was no jacuzzi and the pool was very cold. The breakfast was just OK; my kids really didn't like it though. If you want a good free breakfast stay at the Candy Cane Inn; it's probably about the same distance walk as Quality Inn (although it's usually a lot more expensive than Quality Inn).

I was close to Disneyland it was fun I can walk from the hotel

I loved it clean safe and a walk away from Disneyland what more can you ask for. A little walk resturants and late night delievery

Nice hotel within a short walk to the front gate of Disneyland. Easy parking. Hotel seems to be kept up good.

Pretty old facility, the wall and carpet looks dirty. Room is very small (smaller than other inns I experienced). The bath tube is slippery, and I fell over the bath tube which almost ruin the trip. The good points are The staff are friendly and helpful and the self-service breakfast is good.

We had 3 adults and 1 toddler in a room with two full beds and the hotel provided crib. I felt like it was room enough to accommodate our family. I also was impressed that the crib was clean and larger than I expected, my 2.5 yo slept in it great. The breakfast was delicious, although some of the breakfast staff was not very friendly, everyone else was. Our room did have some small ants in the shower every day, nothing that screamed infestation and nothing we couldn't wash down the drain. The only real draw back was the location. I thought it would be a closer walk but it is tucked behind other hotels, which is fine, but there is no cut way through that we could find. So by the end of the night the walk felt unbearable. However, they do have a bus for $5 a day for adults...just didn't seem practical for our group. Overall, it was a great stay.

Loved it! Perfect location, great staff. Very helpful and polite. Loved the charming atmosphere the mellow mood. Really relaxing. No long boring corridors and uncomfortable elevator trips or a mile maze to the lobby or pool area. Felt like little personal apartments. Loved the garden... The pool... The rod iron accents. Definately had an old world feel to it... Very much like new Orleans square at Disneyland does. Walk was about 7 min. Close to a great lil restaurant mimi's that served delicious meals for great prices. Place is definately or home away from home when we go to Disneyland.

Parking was advertised as free, but we had to pay. Did not love that. The room was clean and staff was pleasant so I would rate it as "good enough". But, don't think I would stay there again. I would just pay a little more and get a more spacious room, little higher quality.

Friendly staff, quaint location with beautiful tropical trees, clean rooms and lobby with 24 hour coffee.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is great, very close to Garden Walk and Disneyland. The rooms have seen better days - dingy, small, and in need of an update. Definitely not as nice and cute as in the photos. But at least it was clean and felt safe enough - other people staying there seemed to be families going to Disneyland. It's basically just slightly nicer than a motel. Paying $5 per car plus a "resort" fee is kinda laughable, this is no resort. But for the location, and considering we only stayed one night, it was ok. Only recommended if you need a cheap place to stay overnight.

Hotel was as expected from that level, however the service was good, location and decent breakfast. Room was tiny (including the bed) and much noise from the highway. Overall good.

My stay at this hotel was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a refrigerator and a microwave, whereas others in my party stayed at more expensive hotels in the area and did not have either. My friends also paid $16/night for hotel parking, whereas I paid only $5/night. The description as to proximity to Disneyland was only slightly misleading in that it is indeed across the street from the Disney entrance, but it is also at the far end of the street and around a corner. But not too bad of a walk and in a much better (read "safer") area than budget hotels on the other side of Disney. Do try to get a room in the back as the I-5 highway runs alongside the front. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. For the $69 rate, this can't be beat.

I couldn't have chosen a better place to getaway for the night while I took my daughter to Disneyland for the day. Very convenient location, amazing rate for a nice clean room with great service from the staff. I Highly recommend this place. This will be my first choice during my future travel needs.

The Gal at the check in was Suuuuper friendly and very knowledgeable. The room was quiet even though it is just off I-5 highway. I would stay again Thanks

the best part of this hotel is its proximity to disney. the room was clean and fairly comfortable. however, when you first walked in it smells musty till you get the ac running. there's a fairly extensive complimentary continental breakfast that offers cook-your-own waffles, toast, english muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, danish, fruit, and typical breakfast beverages. however, i was very surprised to get hit with a $5 per night service fee at check in.

I really enjoyed it I stayed for a couple of days and it was very convenient if you're headingto Disneyland its in walking distance the rooms are very clean and family friendly I would recommend this hotel to anyone

It was great. It was perfect for waking up early and walking right across the street to the Disney theme parks. We checked in after the world of color show late the night before and woke up to walk across the street at 7:45 am to go back to the Disney parks. The price was fantastic & you can spend more than one day in Anaheim without spending a fortune on a hotel. The rooms aren't super luxurious but are very comfortable & roomy. They also have a pool. They also charge for parking your car when you check in, just an extra fee that is separate from what you pay online.

I'm sorry that your family did not enjoy their time here. We don't have a Jacuzzi but we do have a good size pool and it gets is full use in the summer and all year around with all this California heat. We hope you you give us another opportunity to give you and your family a better experience.
