This is my go-to when going to Disneyland. It's not the best but it's perfect for our needs, which is just to sleep and recharge! We love the rooms! Plenty of beds for big families or multiple families.

My room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and they stored my bag beforehand. Location is good for Disney or conferences near convention center. AC worked well. Had one night with no hot water but otherwise wonderful showers. Bathroom window didn’t lock and opened onto a back alley. It seemed locked off but it looked into the shower so that was a bit nerve wrecking.

Front desk guy was cool, but the room was kinda ew. We had zero towels. And the towels we got when she brought them were gross squares of sandpaper. The shelf above the bathroom sink was falling off. The sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was not. It was a quick uber to Disneyland and we knew what we were getting into, but some nicer towels and a more secure door lock would go a long way.

Notes on hotel- Pros location is close enough to walk to TS parking lot shuttle to parks. great staff very responsive. Had issues with electronic lock, keys and toilet. Room seemed clean, AC worked, nice double beds, lovely shower. Free non-alcoholic drink Free parking, a bit tight but ok. Needs improvement Aging rooms could use a little sprucing up. Bathroom has very little counter space. Slat wooden blinds took getting used to. Room was serviced when “DO Not Disturb” sign was on. CHANGES No microwave, no breakfast offered, (no bottled water available.)

Check in was quick and easy. Window was left wide open in the restroom, no screen. No iron. No microwave. Daily cleaning was a nice surprise, beds were made, trash was emptied and fresh towels were left. Walking distance to Disney parking lot.

Overall we had a great experience, especially for the price we would definitely stay again. Our biggest “issue” was our feet and socks would get black from walking around the room barefoot but the house keeper made up for by how above and beyond she went to clean up our room, she even took the liberty to fold some clothes and blankets I had just thrown on the bed. After long days at Disneyland it was so nice to come home to nicely cleaned rooms I wish I would have gotten her name so I could give her a shout out. We were surprised to see milky water as well but we are from a small town where the water is clear so I’m not sure if that’s just normal for the city. The easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot for Disney was a plus and for when we were too tired to walk there was an OC bus pickup right across the street. As a whole we had a very pleasant experience I’m glad we took a chance on Magnolia Tree!
